Compared to a Walking Simulator and that Zombie game (already forgot its name), it is not very hard to do. Nothing wrong with liking those games, but you have to admit that they are not exactly lighting the world on fire. At least the Zombie game sold well though. Hopefully they listen to fan feedback for a sequel.
Nintendo however had been killing it with exclusives this year. There is just no denying that fact.
They really have though, for a lot of people. Pokemon will be huge, even with the controversy, Astral Chain was a huge new IP, Fire Emblem is still pumping out content, Dragon Quest XI S is the definitive version of the game, portable Witcher 3, and Luigi's Mansion 3 give gamers a lot to enjoy. And there is plenty more to play outside of that.
Meanwhile Sony has a very deep walking simulator. Nothing wrong with that, but it is not for everyone. MS has nothing of not...
Damn right my friend, and I own that. Chrono has been a long time favourite IP of mine, so I have no shame in nit picking details lol.
With the introduction of multiverse theory and confirmation that there are multiple realities aside from the two explored in Cross (due to the diary log referring to Radical Dreamers in chronopolis), anything is possible. It just irks me when people try to write Cross off because it took a darker turn.
Chrono Trigger has an actual sequel. It is called Chrono Cross. Lable it a "spiritual" sequel all you want, it is a direct following of the events of CT and tells the fate of the original cast. Just because you do not like the direction they took, that does not make it any less of a true canon sequel. Get over it.
My dualshock 4s are fine, but I had two X1 controllers need to be fixed to to drift. I started getting it recently as well, but a recent update seems to have fixed the issue...for now anyway.
But we certainly need to be at a point when Joycons should be good to go out of the box. My issues are minimal, others have not been so lucky.
Guys a little advice. I do not know how long this will work, but here is what I just experienced.
Recently my launch joycons finally started to drift a bit from time to time. I was tempted to buy a new set, but I decided to check for a controller update. These have to be done MANUALLY from the settings menu, and is not done automatically. This is a RECENT update, so if the last time you checked was like 6 months ago, CHECK AGAIN.
After the update I re...
The entire concept and business model isn't exactly comforting...
No other way to play games like Witcher 3, Dragon Quest 11, DOOM, and the like on the seemlessly on the go. I tried using a laptop, but it was too clunky without the right environment.
Plus Nintendo has been killing it with 1st party exclusives, but sure keep living under that rock.
LOL
No it isn't. I can run games natively on both, which is truly the best thing about them. Not to mention you can't mod a streamed game...
It is more like gaming with minimal rights. I for one refuse to break down conditions by supporting it.
I will play games natively on my PS4, X1, and Switch thanks.
How many of those games on stadia can you actually buy without fear of losing them when the license expires?
With me and many I know, it is the opposite. I think I only played 2 games on my PS4 this year, and Switch has taken up the rest.
The hybrid nature is a game changer for me. To each their own though. Those waiting for a cut will be waiting a LOOOONG time as it is selling like hotcakes right now. The only time any of the big three cut prices is when they start to slow in sales.
No need to cut when they still sell. Business 101, but I understand your sentiment.
For immersion purposes, I always play as a male when given the option. Playing a female character ruins it however.
But speaking of TR, if the game is good and offers a great story and world to explore I will still play it. I love the Bayonetta games and have the plat in Horizon Zero Dawn for example.
I prefer to play as male, but I will not miss good games because of it.
Considering this includes mobile, there is notjong to doubt...
Very unpopular...
Not going to let it ruin the game for me...but the notion that cutting it is a good thing is not done justice bu the term "unpopular opinion".
Triforce Heros...scored a 73 and deserved it...
Also there is one game I would argue is overrated, and that is Phantom Hourglass.
It sold great and scored reviewed fantasticly.
Sounds well deserved, and not at all underrated to me.
Not gonna lie...Pokemon has me worried. Might have to do a hard pass till GF gets their shit together.
