Without any source, I feel 100 percent certain the title got the platform wrong. The PSP is barely as powerful as PS2. It would take way too much work to make old PS2 games work on PSP satisfactorily. On the other hand, the NGP is much more powerful and can probably handle PS2 conversion without too much hassle.

There is really nothing new here. DCUO comes with a key in the booklet with each disc. That key allows you to create your account and get one month trial. After which you can sub. Its highly unlikely that games other than mmos will come with printed keys.
