I think that's the best part. People are enjoying a wide range of vr games. Didn't see batman on the list. That was a great game or experience!
With there portfolio of games a powerful console would be awesome! They keep missing the mark with all the innovation. Sure the wii sold fast out of the gate but dropped off quick!
It might not look great, but it plays awesome. I wouldn't call it ugly by no means!
I would guess you've never tried psvr. Your right the games look like demos. It's only when you start playing them you realize there is so much more to these games. Maybe not all of them but most of these games will make you think of all the possibilities to come. This headset may not be as powerful as the the rift and vibe but it really does the job!
Here's hoping we can get a pretty good vr install base, regardless of company! That will show the developers that we are interested in vr. It will also show that there is money to be made in development for the platform. That will lead to not only new gameplay but greater games! You will have a choice on how you want to play games!! This is a win for gamers!

Sony and valve just gave them a platform in which to sale the game. They didn't make the promises about the game. That would be like suing chevy because they didn't say you might get a speeding ticket in there car.

I think being able to adjust the headset to fit your head will help a lot of people. From the early reports I read the people testing the headset said they weren't able to fit it to there head properly. Mainly because there was a line of people waiting behind them to try it.
I really think they will announce an update that brings uhd. saving all PS4 pro adopters and the world at the same time! I really don't think this is a big deal! I know the Xbox one s has the uhd but it doesn't have the extra power. The price of the best Xbox one s 1-2 tb console is 349-399. The PS4 pros extra power and uhd drive would have sent it over the price point they wanted. At this stage of the current cycle and iteration of the current console has to be sold for a profit. I ...
So your saying no one bought the uncharted bundle? Your saying no one waited to buy an Xbox one until halo 5 came out? Your completely wrong exclusives do help drive console numbers! With the Xbox brand no truly having exclusive could hurt sales. We'll have to wait and see but I think it will hurt some what.

What's the use of the 3ds if they have a handheld/console. I wish they would make the 3ds more powerful and make a traditional power house of a console! I feel like they don't listen at all to the gamers. Most of Nintendos followers have been with them for years! I know they've been screaming what they want but they never listen! I think that's why Sony and Microsoft have jumped way ahead in the race. They seem to pay attention to the consumer.

That's not what the video from Sony was about. That was talking about the used game idea Microsoft had at first. You couldn't borrow a game from a friend because it wouldn't work...unless theat friend log into your Xbox. I'm glad they got rid of that idea! It had nothing to do with a digital future.
They had a realistic release date! You get to a certain point when it's time to go gold if you can't go gold then you delay! Can you imagine what the gaming community would say if Sony put out a broken game! Especially if it was this game! I imagine part of this was because of the major games coming out in October but if the game was having issues I don't mind the delay. It's just a few weeks!
The uhd is gonna be in a patch later just like 3D bluray. Watch and see. There's just not a huge demand for it. Why add the extra cost at this time.

From what I understand... Just like 3D blu-ray the 4K bluray player is a firmware patch away. I don't know when they will do it but they have to power to.
I really think the people the pro was made for are the psvr crowd and the 4K crowd. I think everyone else will be on the wait till later wagon. I'll probably wait till February to get one. I also believe the tech junkies crowd could possibly be interested in it. In a way I think Sony knew that at this time there is a small crowd for the pro. That's why no 4K bluray player built in. The good thing is everyone has two options.
Bet five it don't work as good as the psvr!
