ExDev is for the purpose of assisting with development projects that are not internal to the studio.
In other words, a dedicated ExDev team will handle the sort of co-production work Japan Studio has already been doing, whilst the internal teams focus on their own internal projects.

Kratos absolutely was. It was both culture and how he'd deteriorated after Ares' betrayal. He doesn't remain one, at least not as bad, but he absolutely, definitely was.
