"Sudden;y"? lol
Par for the course these days, man.
I've got that file. 3.8GB Uncompressed color-corrected video.
There's not a "massive" downgrade, and the game is still a year out with improvements to come. Only people lying to themselves are the ones insisting a game a year from release is indicative of final quality.
Funny... seems they always claim they took down any online service even if down for maintenance.
Sony also helped in the development for Street Fighter 5, so it's far closer to Bayonetta than it is the Tomb Raider situation.
It was also, again, REVEALED as exclusive. Not revealed and then made exclusive at its second showing.
And on top of that, Sony, being able to have asked for complete exclusivity, allowed it to be published on another platform without objection, and even allowed cross-platform play. It's also the system with the 2:1 install b...
Tomb Raider had been announced as a multiplatform title which was then cut off from anyone not owning an Xbox. Street Fighter V never was. We never even knew it was happening until this. And they were hinting that Sony and SF would be working together for a while now, AND it's still accessible on PC. No one is FORCED onto the PS4 if they desire not to get it.
There's a difference there.
1. Tomb Raider was already unveiled as a Multiplat game and then later it's announced as Only on Xbox for a while. Not even PC can touch it.
2. Street Fighter V is being ANNOUNCED as a console exclusive but PC gamers can still get it. AKA you're not forced to buy their system to play if you don't want to. They left an option.
“In the development cycle, we try to do all things. In the development cycle, we try to test against every possibility. We have a QA team, we have a QA plan. You do a beta test, you scope against that. But now, in a connected world, you can’t effectively test in your house or in your beta group what it means to have 50,000, 100,000, 200,000 users hit your service. And the guys are struggling with that. It’s throwing up things they had not anticipated.”
"But now, in a co...
Amazon's got a few Vita titles on sale for Cyber Monday. XBlaze, BlazBlue, Mind Zero, Dangan Ronpa 1 and 2, Muramasa Rebirth, Demon Gaze, Disgaea 4 and Ys: memories of Celceta.
So 9 in total.

No, disagrees saying that there are plenty of Indie titles that are actually quite good.
@Shad0wRunner
It's why they don't have it NOW. Layden also said they're trying to find a secure-enough workaround to solve the potential problems.
Doesn't mean it's not happening.
Freedom Wars in an awesome game. If you don't play it, you're missing out.
@Copenhagen
Titanfall was never exclusive, it launched on PC and the 360 as well
@Notramagama
You're one to talk about buying into a con, given what MS tried to pull and even attacked people for simply questioning.
But I'll bite: what's this "garbage" Sony threw out to "fluff their numbers"?
How exactly is the Xbone catching up to the PS4 when it has yet to outsell it? In fact, it's been behind consistently every month.
It would have to outsell it every month for the next few months to start catching up.
That's a beauty coming from you, man.
The recent string of reviews that has it sitting at an 8.0?

PS4's "resting on its laurels" is it?
Is that why we have a friggin' huge event in a couple weeks with a ton of games and announcements to be made? Cuz that doesn't sound like they're sitting back and doing nothing to me. Especially when it's perfectly positioned during the Holiday season.
See, it's funny because the article says this:
[We want to do name changing] in a way that's transparent, but also don't let people morph themselves, either. And yeah, it's terrible that you have to make decisions on a service sometimes by optimizing around the bad actor. I hate that we have to do that. So we're trying to balance that between… the 99 percent of users going to have a good experience, how can we help make that happen without giving one more ...
Well the guys at the PS Blog seem to disagree with you.

Between the $50 markdown and free games, MS was giving away well over $200 off in sales. That they had to dip to that to sell the console is pretty abysmal news.
Sony may have sold PS3s at a loss, but it sure wasn't having to hand out $200+ to get people to buy it.
