Do you get paid for these obvious ads?
If you look at Ubisoft's original presentation and the statements from EA and even a bit from Phil Spencer, you'll see why this became a concern.
Leave Batman alone. Let other heroes have some spotlight.
OK so here's my thing.
We never got reports about Epic accounts being locked out of other consoles before. Period. Even when Xbox One and PS4 had no cross play, there were no reports on how you couldn't have your account connected to both. It just wasn't a thing.
But now? Now suddenly the Switch version is out and it does. It keeps literally anyone from connecting their account to a Switch, when this was never once and issue before. And then t...
Nonono, see
When you see those super buff men, YOU, as a man, feel EMPOWERED. You don't EVER feel insecure in your own body type or worry about living up to an impossible standard, you LOVE that. Because they say you do.
So it's totally not hypocritical at ALL.
Welp. Done with WB games too, I guess.
So what, you'd prefer that a core aspect of how Spider-Man operates be taken out of the game to avoid the appearance of similarity?
Doubtful and I really hope Iron Man, of all characters, is not in this game.
Spidey was doing that stuff AND dangling bad guys off fire escapes to interrogate them back when Batman was still acting like Adam West, my guy.
Actually, it is. Sony did the same thing with a faux Daily Bugle in their promotion for Amazing Spider-Man 2, which then had everyone assume everyone mentioned in the paper was in the movie in some form. And in the game of the same name, there were in-game references to Captain America, the Avengers, even Man-Thing.
Turns out it was just fun little references and easter eggs. Just like the Sanctum is visible in the game but Doctor Strange isn't in it. Just like Avengers...
Spider-Man's more than a coming of age story. Spidey stopped being a kid back in ASM 31. It's about never giving up, rising up to meet the challenges of life, and about the people who help you on your journey.
Certain people at MARVEL, however, would like it to be eternally stuck in that rut...
That reach! lmao
Should change your username to Mr. Fatnastic, bro.
I get what he's saying but eesh, the grammar.
But they didn't make that game. Seems rather random to cite it.
Literally no other Superhero moves as much merch as he does. Not even Batman or Superman come close.
You mean like the many, many slwomo sequences we've already seen in combat gameplay?
I, for one, love that they're finally seeming to show off Spidey's actual power. Dude supported all the weight of a jumbo jet when it landed, lifted debris that weighed as much as a freight train off his back, can dodge automatic gunfire from close range, can sprint at speeds of up to 200 mph...
I'd prefer it feel like that rather than simply slow down or ...
Looks nothing like Spider-Man 2.
Actually, exclusivity does give some reason to be excited in that the game ill be designed with a single platform in mind. This will allow the developers to utilize that platform and all of its unique strengths and features, as opposed to trying to tweak it for 3+ different platforms at a time causing some versions to suffer.
C-list?
Shocker's at least on the B-list, man. He's kicked some serious ass in the past.
