TL;DR since they put 1&2 on the Wii U in an HD collection and even those that had a Wii U didn't bother buying it, they don't see much interest for the series there.
I'm just gonna leave this here. https://www.youtube.com/wat...
Polygon should be utterly ashamed of the trash level "journalism" in this piece.
Like... what?
Games that came out 5 years ago?
Cuz I been on that Eshop and I haven't seen this much shovelware since the Wii.
Incorrect. They have multiple.
Crimson Skies was the game that made me want an OG Xbox. Used to play the crap out of the demo they had available at Walmart. lol
Usher used to make some good points back before he went insane.
Holy crap there is a metric assload of genuine racism in that comments section.
Yeesh.
To me it was just an indicator of where you were taking fire from, given the directional implementation. And that it really doesn't look like blood...
Yes. Age. This is also why we have Spider-Man there, why they have games like Ratchet and Clank or Knack.
They're not gonna not show M-rated games at a trade show where you have to be a certain age to get in, broski. They issue warnings beforehand.
You do know that they've been doing this for years and you've been buying those games this whole time, right?
The main key to their success so far has been allowing devs to do more or less what they want to do. Following their passions. It's what's made these games so far so great. It's why we have God of War, it's why we have Horizon, and why we have Ghost of Tsushima coming down the pipeline.
And funnily enough? It's all been natural representation. Ellie was set up in the first TLOU to be into girls, this is the progression of that. Aloy was chosen by the dev...
She worked at EA. EA likely gave her cost vs return as an excuse for shelving her game. Way too many games are winding up with triple digit budgets, sell nine million copies, but then companies still try to declare their triple digit profits aren't sufficient.
Meanwhile at Sony we got Horizon: Zero Dawn for a little over $50 mil. That game sold 3 million copies in a week and a half. That's $122 mil in profits, and even factoring marketing that's a healthy chunk ...
Why would your kids be playing an M-rated game that features intense violence and strong language?
Ffs they do.
Y'all are really tryna make something out of literally nothing here.
lol "forced"
LMAO DID Y'ALL REALLY RESUBMIT THIS SOLO TO KEEP GETTING CLICKS?
And the dudebros are legit copy/pasting their old comments wow.
It's because people online constantly and consistently talk crap about it, about its character designs, say the Legendary Pokemon designs are lazy or uninspired, claim the battle system is somehow sluggish, and so on.
There is a very large chunk of the Pokemon community that will put Gen IV as the worst gen bar none for whatever reason.
They should have done a Yellow remake and actually included Yellow as the female character model.
Yeah, because people way misinterpreted and misrepresented the actual quote.
