But... Wasn't the sticker on Conviction false advertising? I know most would not buy the game for the Beta alone, but, it seems odd they included it with that game considering the time it has taken to materialize.

I think the article was suggesting that Kudo is the man behind all the Kinect stuff, behind the shades, and that has impeded on core gaming especially regarding the MS press conference. There is no need to hate Kudo, but perhaps ignore him quietly if motion gaming doesn't interest you.
