FYI AA had cardboard glasses which required no 3D TV.

I think for Sony having a top game like this support 3D is a must as it will aid in shifting those 24" TV sets. The last thing Sony needs is for consumers to feel that the investment is a waste.

Very true, but I think with Volition making such a cool feature with the Geomod that they would utilize it a bit more. It's almost like their trademark.

Where have you been friend? SR3 is coming to PS3 too y'know. It's mentioned because the game would likely be no better if it were exclusive to one console over another. Face it, we're all using old technology.

Tasty looking, must get me a pair of these.

I would say yes. Red Faction was more open and had fewer city based areas, whereas Saints Row has a fully fledged city. It must put a huge strain on CPU resources to have full Geomod in a city based game.

Maybe next time eh.

Sounds like a novel idea. My 3DS never leaves my side. Shame I would never buy anything from HMV.

It's shame this method of communication is lost because it's always good to see developers listening and being there for fans. Twitter is as legit a method of communication as any, so shame on the person who screwed it up for the rest of us.

3D in gaming is simply an excellent option to have and an evolution so it's great that Sony are supporting it. back in the 50s,60,s, 70s, 80s, when 3d was introduced as a fad there was no gaming market like we have to today.

Mainstream movies are hit and miss though where the tech has been used time and time again and failed. Unless directors shoot in 3D the technology is wasted.

The 3D games that are available are already top quality like KZ3 Crysis 2 et...

Msxbox-world doesn't kiss MS rear end like some other sites do, maybe that's where you're getting confused.

On topic, I got me lots of gold from the deal.

Day 1 purchase for me. Good review thanks. Hopefully with this and OOT the 3DS sales will pick up a bit more.

Bulletstorm released on 02/25/11 that's almost 16 weeks ago. In that space of time the game only managed 200K sales on PS3.

I agree with you that even after the first 4 weeks going head to head with KZ 3 would affect sales, but I would not think it would last 16 weeks later. It just sounds like PS3 gamers are not interested in this game period.

Ummm...really?

PS3 owners only buy one game now? If you look at the source link it's based over 10 weeks. Surely once the buzz of KZ3 died down you'd buy other games? I did and enjoyed both games.

Grow up, the story is quite relevant to both Xbox and PS3 platforms.

Ps3 owners weren't lured in by gimmicks.

Classic game and 3D and touch up just makes it better for a new generation of gamers to love and behold.

I never said it was crap, I said, they keep releasing the same rubbish over and over. Where's the new franchises and experimentation with Activision that appeals to core gamers?

They play it safe and milk it like a dairy.

Well if they stop regurgitating the same crap over and over, maybe they will one day.

The development costs for this game have been much higher than most, so I think R* needed a lot higher minimum sales to make a profit.
