I'm buying this new so not really an issue for me. However, this sort of action seems like it would encourage piracy more than discourage used sales.
I do think some might be making a bigger deal out of this than it should be. Look at all the new sales of other games, these aren't affected by used sales. If the game is good then people will buy it.

How he comes to this conclusion is beyond my comprehension.
The fear lies in the vulnerability of the character you play as. You play to keep them alive, and when the monster/zombie/crow/boss etc wants to end your life the fear kicks in.
The fear would be heightened if there were no easy checkpoints etc.
Problem here is a double edged sword in terms of websites reporting about them. On one hand it gives them[hackers] a bigger voice which is a negative, but on the other hand, it raises peoples awareness about online security. There are some people out there that really have no clue, so hopefully they'll wise up a little.
3D is mint and there are quite a few XBox 360 games which support it.
MS does not have a vested interest in selling 3D TVs like Sony.
It's got 3D support and will be mint. Sony is banking on this. It's so good, that they even decided to bundle this instead of Uncharted with their 24" 3D TV sets.
