Don't forget all those transistors!!!!
All these restrictions won't really attract American gamers either.
Do yo know the definition of the word lend? My friend is borrowing the game for a short time. I'm not giving it to him. That's no different from him playing it at my house. I still own the game. It's not like I'm making illegal copies and selling it to other people. Developers do not lose money from me letting my friend borrow a game for a day or two.
3 lessons they learned.
Don't charge fees for used games. Competition got flak for that.
Don't forget about the gamers. Competition got flak for that.
Don't have an evil eye spy on all of our customers. Competition got flak for that.
Don't forget KH3.
How are they going to charge us fees? Sony isn't forcing us to install or enter keys. That was made clear. They also don't have a required internet connection. That was confirmed. How will they be able to charge us fees?
I have no problem with it trying to implement some entertainment features. I only have problems with the restrictions they are putting on used and borrowed games. We have to pay a fee to play used games? And on top of that we have to pay for live to use most of these entertainment features. Then you have to pay the companies themselves, Netflix, huluplus, vudu etc..
This thing is a money burner.
I don't care about power, graphics, and hardware. All I care about is playing and trading games with my friends. PS4 is what I'm going with. Bye MS, it was fun when you weren't trying to rape my wallet.
Don't make me laugh. I am a proud owner of a Xbox 360 and I wouldn't touch this thing If someone offered to hand it over for free.
The WiiU has more family appeal than this.
I could be playing Halo and Master Chief can come out of the screen and shake my head. Nothing is going to make me buy this garbage unless that change the restrictions set on used and borrowed games.
Won't be buying the next Xbox. I'm going with Sony this time.
PS4. My wallet isn't going to be raped by MS.
Did he pull that statistic out his a**? Nice one, buddy.
. I'm not spending 600 dollars on a PC. My 360 cost me 170.
You can always buy used games for a cheap price.
I also don't have to worry about BC. I still have my original Xbox.
I admit that the tech that goes into PCs are way too advanced for consoles but PCs are expensive to game on and that's one of the reason I don't do it. A while ago, I spent tons of money on a PC just to game and now all of that money is wasted because everything I have is old news now and I have to spend more money just to upgrade my experience and keep up with newer games.
Did a MS exec go pre-order all those to try and trick us?
Even with the games, all these restrictions on gamers turn me off of the X1.
I honestly wouldn't have any problems with the focuses on the TV element if they at least tried to cater to gamers.
All these restrictions they put on gamers are horrible and turn away potential customers.
Guess what! When this releases, casual consumers will look at the price and say "Uh, no" and go buy something cheaper.
Unless they plan on setting the price to a reasonable amount, I do not see success for the X1.
What are you talking about God of War and Metal Gear Solid 4 alone, are better than a lot of MS exclusives. And this is coming from a 360 owner.
