Doesn't have my vote. Too many restrictions on the gamer.
Give me a link where it states that they won't be charging fee? I can give you about a hundred where the VP says something different.
So no, YOU need to get your facts straight.
Sony doesn't spy on you through the move.
If they were watching feedback all that fee and always on crapped would have been done with already. They need to toss those ideas.
The one that doesn't punish and nickel and dime gamers. PS4 it is.
I'm going with the one that restricts my gaming experience the least. At least Sony like their fans.
It's like they don't even want to compete with Sony or Nintendo. They want to compete with Apple and Google.
I know the perfect way Nintendo can market. Have a Nintendo exec hold a WiiU up with one hand and give a thumbs up with the other.
At the bottom of it it will say "WiiU, we don't charge you to play used games."
Yeah, but it will still have restrictions on you. Used game fees and required internet. I would not be caught dead playing this.
Greenpowerz is a MS exec trying to disguise himself as a consumer. Hah, you're going to have to try better than that Microsoft!!! You can't fool me! No sane person would want this hunk of junk.
I don't understand how the kinect ruined it for indies. Please enlighten me. It's not like MS forced them to insert kinect features into games.
Finally some good news about the X1. But I still might get a PS4. I'll see if they actually follow through with this and provide some good games.
Edit:
Oops, forgot about the required internet. Still a no buy.
I wonder what happens when your disconnected for more than 24 hours. Will it lock you out or something?
I'm a proud 360 owner and I hate what they're doing. They dissapointed me.
Only way I'm buying a One is if they fix their policy for used and borrowed games. They also need to fix that required internet feature.
But I don't see this happening.
I think you don't see it. How are they losing money? It's not like my friend would go out and buy it just because I don't lend it to him. He probably just won't play the game. In the end, me lending him my game can actually help the company. There have been so many times where my friends let me borrow a game and I ended up buying it for myself. How is that hurting the company? You still can't give me a legit reason.
Yes, but will it also become less restrictive on the consumer?
When your main goal is to restrict and put gamers on the back burner, this is going to happen. I love my 360 and I'm keeping it but I'm not touching the One.
MS already told us about their plans to put restrictions on gamers.
Nothing at E3 will fix that.
It will also require you to always be online and make you pay a fee to play used games. We here at Microsoft just know how much you enjoy giving us your money./ Sarcasm
