it's kind of funny that finally people are objecting to the critics who claim to be reviewers. I think part of the problem is in fact they place personal preference into reviews. I don't like RPGs but I'm being forced to play and review it so I'm crapping all over it. reviewers are not critics. Until reviewers can write an unbiased article regarding a game on it's content & mer...

Both look nice. though I'm not a huge fan of the 2 tone unless I customize one @ ColorWare. It was nice to see that along w/ Glacier White Sony is rolling out some color. Can't remember the last time I actually bought a black controller. PS3 White DS from Japan then Red, another Red, Blue. PS4 only xtra I bought was from Colorware Techno/Lightning...

My question is. These have been up on Amazon for quite some time. Is a new story really a necessity here? Come on.... ...

I have to agree, XMB is great. My only 1 complaint still is that we never got an option to alphabetize downloaded titles. In terms of everything else, XMB trumps the new. Not to mention it was nice being able to change themes. Since the new layout likely isn't going anywhere I have to agree, hopefully something like the TV Apps for games or a Folder option to place games in by both grid and/or single list would be a nice start. I hate seeing that list of all the games n stuff at start up....

Same as LCD. Think LCD was cheap at first? Original LCD sets were $3-5k, possibly more. That was for a 40" tv 8+ years ago. Bring it to market, eventually the more that are made the cheaper it becomes. OLED was suppose to be on the market several years ago. By now it should be more reasonably priced if it had been brought to market. I'd happily spend a little more for an OLED tv than an LED. But not until just recently has OLED even been offered and these tv's are $6-9k for a 55&...

The LED was always going to be a downside. You can't compete w/ OLED. It's just a shame OLED hasn't taken over the tv market like it should have by now. Only now are we seeing sets and those are astronomically priced. You can a top of the line Sony XBR 4k tv and still have a couple-few grand to spare. That being said I was thrilled Sony w/ OLED years back w/ the Vita and absolutely love the screen. I just can't wait until a 60-70" OLED screen is available reasonably so I ...

If i wasn't in the US I'd have probably bought a R34 instead of a Z33 several years back. Unfortunately due to regulations there's few in the US and to import one and get it road legal would be costly and really not worth it. Not to mention you'd just be ruining a great car. The Z33 is a great car and the R35 is way out of my budget so I'll continue being contempt w/ the Fairlady. Gotta love the old Nissan R's though. Between the Skyline and Porsche 911T I rarely used ...

you mean these morons should learn to understand something before slapping a baseless new tax or law on something. As if we don't have enough taxes. The most ridiculous thing is this relating to children and teenagers. Ok why are they playing "M" games and having this aggressive behavior issues? The ESRB does it's job. God FORBID PARENTS actually do their job and parent their children. We're such a pathetic nation and society nowadays it's sickening.

AngelicIceDiamond - yeah I wouldn't mind seeing Tenchu reborn. From Software has some great games under their belt over the years. Tons of great options on the PS but Tenchu was easily one of my faves. Stealth Action/Ninja at it's finest.

Looks pretty solid. Definitely interested in seeing more about this one.

We'd be damned without public schools, police departments, fire departments, public libraries, museums, postal service, prisons, sewer systems, the EPA, NPR, vaccines and of course, roads.

We could do w/o Public Schools and probably end up with a better education. Police we could less of. Fire use Volunteers. Public Libraries. Who needs them. Postal service, this day in age, we could live. Prisons, useless. Just kill the killers, pedophiles, rapists, etc. The prison syst...

wow it's going for only $100 now!? Guess I should have sold mine for $200-250 a while back. If nothing else these digital releases and in some cases reprints at least drive the pricing on some games. FFVII, Suikoden, Persona 2... Sucks when you're sitting on them all but hey, not like I paid more than retail for any of them.

Suikoden I & II are great games. I bought the original via PSN but I never got around to replaying it. Even though I have a hard copy you hav...

Here's perhaps the problem in the numbers. Ubisoft is likely counting total sales. As in this many copies have shipped. VG has a rough estimate about how many games have been actually purchased by consumers. Or perhaps Ubi is stating that is how many purchased at retail and VG is wrong. We'll probably never know.

Either way an impressive number and great series. I burned out on the Ezio trilogy some but this year I've played AC3, Black Flag and have started Liber...

I think a lot of bad reviews are missing the point. This isn't a Ninja Gaiden title even though it shares it's name w/ NG loosely because it's set in the same world and features Ryu. I mean just read the last paragraph of this review.

Personally as a huge NG fan and action/adventure junkie there's a lot about this game that didn't interest me. Character design, premise, etc. I mean even the game play doesn't look all that good. It's rare I rent any...

I guess that sums what I said. If it's offline... like I said I don't condone it but I can see a valid reason as to why one might.

as for making time or don't buy/play it until you do. Games don't sell nearly enough copies so please, please do go buy it and support the developer. As for time, well Not everyone can just make time magically appear. Maybe they work long hours and days, have kids, a wife, other priorities? It's not as simple as that. Soon as y...

I wouldn't consider it akin to switching guns. If that's your mindset then so be it. Your opinion but I don't see it or feel it that way. Switching powers and adding some was something incredibly new for the series. They stepped out and did something new is all I'm saying. Not only did they try something different but they gave you more than 1 power. Which is something Incredibly new to the series. Tagging, billboards, a lot of the game had the same premise as the first 2 but ...

I'm conflicted. Obviously when it comes to trophies/achievements/status symbols I'd heavily frown upon it. Which in the grand scheme of things are all irrelevant anyway but.... to each his own. If someone wants to experience the game and needs to cheat to get through it or because they don't the time to invest to play it through on the given difficulty then by all means. I'm not a fan of cheating nor do I condone it but I suppose I can see why people might want to so they can ...

"Infamous: Second Son is a good game that suffers by refusing to try new things." that alone, to me gives this opinion little credit. Sucker Punch went from Electricity to providing the player w/ 4 powers. I'd say that's incredibly new for inFamous.

It does work. I have some trivial issues but some of those were alleviated once the next two powers were unlocked. Overall I thought it was a solid entry but I can't say I didn't miss Electricity. I mean Col...

No doubt, underrated not so much. Under appreciated, unplayed, there's plenty of choice of words that would represent what these games are. Underrated is not one of them.

Years back I made the comment in the Gamer Advisory Panel it would be nice to see something like the Sega Channel rolled out. Times have changed a great deal since then but there's definitely potential there. Personally I'd be hard pressed to pay a subscription simply because I don't game as much as I use to and I have the means to buy what I want to play. But I could see there being times I'd give a shot randomly just for access to older games I never bought that I might want...

While 2TB drives are available they do not come in the 2.5" size required for laptops and gaming consoles. Technically there is one 2TB I'm aware of that fits the bill but it's currently only offered in an external format. Last I checked you can only use internal drives.

I can see drive space being an argument this gen. I have 250GB left on my PS4 and that's only after a few PS+ Arcade freebies and 5 retail games. $100-120 gets you 1-1.5TB but that's as large as you can go right now.

Personally I prefer the disc. I like the ability to do whatever I want with the game. If I decide I don't want it or have a need for it down the road I can get a few bucks for it. For the most part I'm somewhat of a collector so few games end up ...
