I agree. A lot of these are common sense additions.
It's almost as if MS is purposefully holding back so they can claim future support when added.
I like the idea if they offer lots of content at a reasonable price. Price it like Netflix and I'm in!
I can ditch my PS3 and play PlayStation games on my xbox one over the internet using their browser. Haha, kidding. They'll probably make you install a program to load it on PC.
Overall, what's the point of them building the ps4? Couldn't they stream those games too? I wonder what the downside is?
You guys don't want to see the huge leap in visuals. Or just willfully ignore it.
Here's a great video of a side by side race, Real Life vs. Forza 5.
http://www.youtube.com/watc...
What's I'd like to see is Forza 4 vs. GT6 or GT5 vs. GT6 since that'd be a more fair battle.
Is everyone going to just hate on a micro-transaction that is really just an expensive shortcut for people that want to use cars they didn't earn.
You can still get the cars for free, you just got to actually play the game.
GT6 will be doing the same thing.
The reason the pricing is high is to not devalue the work put into the game by people who actually played and earned the cars.
Would it be better if you could buy the...
@thegent I mentioned the same thing I think in two articles now. Not a big deal. Regarding playing games, I just woke up at around 6 AM so was looking what was posted. I still haven't played Last of Us and should get it at some point, but you actually should be able to play it locally if you hook up two PS3s and play in the same room. Maybe a little cumbersome but doable. You can't create a fix for playing online with someone in another city.
You guys seriously don...
Your response doesn't make any sense. I don't care about the other games when I would want to play this one. I think this looks like a fun game, but I want to play it in coop and I can't have my friends fly to my house to play with me every weekend.
Thankfully those other titles have online features and hopefully the new versions do too. But for me at least I'm talking specifically about this game.
It is a coop game that is missing the core component to be comp...
Is it that bad? I haven't seen the reviews/looked them up yet. I'm curious now.
Regarding the sales, I had some preordered and Amazon credited my card back $11 because of the price drop. I didn't have to do anything. Just got an email. Others I got from MS store with the $10 store credit and now wish I just went with Amazon for everything.
They'll earn my respect when they make a Co-op game that actually allows you to play the game in Co-op online.
I would actually consider this game and the Wii U now if I could play with friends that don't live in the same state.
Now, I'll just wait for the system to drop to 150 and the game to $10 to buy.
That's just common sense.
Are you serious?
You can earn the cars in game, but if you want to pay to get it without earning the car then you can do so.
They are doing this to not devalue the cars or work the players put in to the game.
What are you going to say about GT6 that also allows players to buy cars without earning them?
That's fine, local multiplayer is great. But that still doesn't explain why they can't have the ability to play online doing the exact same thing as local. The same as every other developer does.
The game looks like fun, but I can't see myself getting together 3 other people often enough to take advantage of the co-op features.
It's a 4 player game that is good in single player, but better in coop.
What's the difference what genre it is.
Also doesn't take away the fact that the reviewer clearly says the game is better in coop mode yet Nintendo doesn't include the ability to play online.
"3D World challenges the solo player, but multi-player gives it something of a “Battletoads effect,” making the game even more fun to play."
Yet not one mention of how the game lacks the ability to play this 4-player coop game online because it is not included.
It doesn't take anything away from the local game to have the option to play online with friends.
If a new left 4 dead was released without online functionality touting...
Only person banned posted footage!
Other user were not.
Have a PS user post footage and see how far it takes them.
Funny I get disagrees about a ban if he posts footage then an update comes stating he won't post footage and his instagram is closed.
Coincidence?
If he did he would get his console banned. Don't want any negative PR for Sony.
Exactly what I was saying.
Let's see Sony's reaction to a user tomorrow leaking footage online.
Has any PS4 user released info online with screen caps?
Other xBox users aren't getting banned for using the system only this guy for breaking the released date on his posts.
I don't see anything wrong here.
Compare apples to apples.
He is only on temp ban:
Update: according to Xbox Live’s Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb, the ban won’t be permanent, as he posted today on NeoGaf.
But lets compare apples to apples.
When a PS user leaks footage early online let's see their reaction.
MS didn't ban the others who are connected early because they didn't post pre release info online.
Pretty much, that's what I'm claiming. Like Python said, they couldn't have been so daft that they left out such obvious features.
Maybe I'm giving them too much credit (and myself) but these are more or less obvious inclusions. Think what you want.
