wow. f*** this flame bait. let me tell you something. when you're a big company like Sony and MS, you patent the ideas you come up with before any one else, because you never know if it'll be a hit or not. for those who'd understand a metaphor better, it's better to have swung and missed, than to never have stepped up to the plate at all. So if Sony wants to research how they can make their demos more accessible to it's users, then let them do their thing. but don't cr...
Im coming with you.
ODST was ok. I was disappointed in how ridiculously easy legendary was, and how short the campaign was. And they should have made firefight mode online capable. And i'm not even going to talk about the love story that was going on in there either. Because it might make me sick. As a matter of fact the only reason i bought ODST was for the Reach Beta.
From what I've gathered, Bungie had a four game exclusivity contract with Microsoft starting from Halo 2. Now, with Reach being the fourth and MS acquiring the Halo franchise, Bungie is free to do as they please. Also, ND is fully owned by Sony. Bungie, is not owned in any way, shape, or form by MS.
I shall correct your arguments as per your last comment:
- The sniper takes patience skill and precision. The six axis allows for very finely tune your scope. No average player can pick up the sniper in KZ2. And that helps balance game play. That way when you're out in the open you don't have 20 snipers lined up across the map waiting to take you out.
- It's a controller no one is forcing you to use it. If you want to use your 360 controller to play KZ2, g...
100,000 people eh? I think not. I wait, sometimes 10- 15 minutes to get a match on the rare occasion I play with my little bro. And The most I've seen on there in the past few months have been around 8,000 people. Maybe I just wasn't playing during peak periods, but that's just what I've noticed.
Let me guess, you're one of those few people who still play halo 3 with the rest of the noobs whose parents picked up a copy out of the bargain bin at gamestop after finally upgrading them from the wii to the 360, and you still play it because every time you play a real hardcore gamers' game like KZ2 you get butt raped every 10 seconds after you spawn in multiplayer and for the life you, can't survive the first helghast with the rocker launcher on the first campaign level on easy....
I'm not even going to bother reading this article. Let's put it this way, there is going to be a what?... 5 month period between Reach and KZ3? Yeah, so I'm pretty sure if there is anything in Reach that Guerrilla feels is a must for KZ3, then they will put it in there.
I don't get it. its not even that big of a deal. "here today, ready for tomorrow"? no... it should be, "here today, should of been here yesterday". i bought a used 360 when halo 3 came out cause that's the only reason i wanted one. i sold it shortly after when i got bored with it, to buy some ps3 games for my ps3. now, when reach comes out, i will be buying another used 360 to play it on. i refuse to spend 300 dollars on a new console that should have been here sin...
haha, me too! and ill be sure to include a really long sap story about how bad my credit is and how much money i owe people.
First come, first serve. You snooze, you lose. The early bird gets th-- Lol, you get it. Don't blame Gamestop, if you couldn't get it, you shoulda got there sooner.
The site name says it all. "Go Fanboy". Cause that's all this garbage article is.
I use Gamefly as well, if Blockbuster could match their price and offer a similar service that included games that work when you bring them home, then I'd gladly hop on board. Cause that would mean I wouldn't have to wait for shipping. But 10 dollars for a 5 day rental of MW2 is not worth it. Especially when you have to go back 3 times in one night because the disc you got didn't work. True story by the way.
I know there are going to be a lot of comparisons to the multiplayer aspect of the game, but the only thing I'm asking for is a killer campaign. Since this is MOHs best chance to revitalize the series, I hope it's to be just as good as when I landed on Normandy beach back in 2002 when MOH: Frontline came out for the ps2.
I haven't bothered with 3rd party controllers since the ps2. Its not about button layout or ergonomic design to me, it's the accuracy of the joysticks that matter. And in this case it's the OEM controllers that feel right. 3rd party sticks tend to get real loose and often are the first parts to break. If I really wanted to save a few, I'd buy a logitech, they have an official license from sony and their stuff is pretty good quality. Also, I don't know what you call it, but...
where did you see previews?
The way i see it, if it's that important, Sony can simply upgrade the console to include wireless n just as easily as they reduced the cell chips' size in the past to make they console more efficient, and just as they seamlessly integrated blue tooth and a built in mic throughout different iterations of the psp. If the gamers want it bad enough, we may see an upgrade in the future.
ill dust off my xbox for reach, but other than that, thats about all the action itll see.
kratos, no doubt. you should be ashamed for not including him in there.
Very entertaining.
