They are all AAA titles and are always on my day one lists. And for the record, please don't make judgments about a game that doesn't even exist. As for my wallet, it speaks for all 3 series'. I would like to see a 2-4 player co-op that can allow you to trade items and purchase other users' custom weapons and spells. The co-op feature can be used to clear out particularly difficult portions of the game. As previously mentioned above, I would enjoy a Demons Souls/ Borderlands approach as well. Nice, I've been meaning to play Mass Effect 2 to but I suppose now I'll just get it when it launches for the Ps3. Especially if it means it's a better play than the 360 version. At least now we can have a solid idea on what Mass Effect 3 will play like since it's on the same engine.
At least Sony can still combat any piracy resulting from the jailbreaks through firmware updates. Sure, the console bundle may be selling more for MS, but when you add in the figures of individual Move and Kinect peripheral sales, the outcome of devices in the living room is a bit different. This article fails to mention that and therefor should not be used as a trusted source for this information. I think It's a good idea. I understand it's reasoning and would gladly buy this if it meant a performance equal to that of a new console. If they pair that with a new update to the OS then you basically have a brand new console in a PS3 shell. It would keep costs down and I wouldn't have to break the bank. I will buy it, the only reason I own an Xbox and a 360 is because of halo. I don't play any other MS game only Halo. I'm PS3 gamer mainly. Hell, I even have Halo PC CE. Tell you what, if they do bring back Halo 1, they had better bring back the multiplayer maps that the PC version had, because they were epic.
I was just thinking about this the other day. I hope the new queue has the option to join multiple queues at once for players that don't mind playing different game types that way you can reduce the amount of time you wait to play and you can jump in the first available game.
It's good to know the option is their for those who want it. But I'll pass. My 60gb launch PS3 still performs like a pro. My brothers 360 on the other hand has been replaced twice, and repaired through MS once.
