I loved Zelda oot, it is def one of my favorites ever. But I can't say one of my favorites is better than the other, I won't rate them from 1-5 ect... I just have favorites, they are all "the greatest" to me.
And The Last of Us is one of them. I respect all those games on your elite list, but for me TLoU is just as classic as those, even though it's new. It's elite to me.
Haha, the people who want to hate on this game are getting ridiculous...
It is one of the all time greates games I have played, I wont put words in other peoples mouths. Everyone has different tastes, but for me it fully deserves every ounce of praise it has received and then some. And I haven't heard any good logic on why it doesn't.
@ShwankyShpanky
Not talking about the definition of a zombie, I was talking about what most movies and games use as the back story.
@Irishguy95
" They just tend to make great games of already achieved concepts."
Tell me a new concept for a big budget game used in the past 8 years...It's obvious you don't like the attention being given to TLoU for some strange reason.
@goldwyncq
Actually, typically zombies are infected by a virus, that is generally the back story to most zombie movies and games.
Mushroom spores in nature hatch out of insect skulls and kill them, ND used that as a new meathod to create a "zombie". These spores go through different life cycles in a human brain in the last of us, starting out mild, and becoming very extreme and eventually hatching out.
I would say it is very unique,...
The entire game is an absolute masterpiece. The story, the gameplay, the soundtrack. The game was instantly a classic when it came out, I was literally hoping it wouldn't end. But when it did it gave me a chance to try the multiplayer, which surprised me with how different it was, but so insanely enjoyable. Actually I ended up selling the game due to the multiplayer, it was a little too fun and addictive for me... Needed to get schoolwork done.
The tragedy is more people...
@shutUpAndTakeMyMoney
I haven't seen very much gameplay at all, have people seen enough to call it good or not? So far I am very intrigued by what I have seen, and the visuals look to be top notch. Can't wait to see a longer playthrough of it.
The Nintendo 64 was my favorite, it had Mario 64 at launch... Oh the nostalgia.
I think I am going to get the camera, it is fun to play the move games with my nephews. But as far as just straight up gaming and using the console, I will stick with the controller.
I loved TLoU, I'm sure you will enjoy it.
I loved the scavenging aspect of the game in single and multiplayer, It adds a fun dynamic to the game and it has an intensity that other games don't. My no.1 favorite game on the ps3, it's so great.
They are doing a great job, they should up production to meet the huge demand.
Why on earth is Sony having such a hard time manufacturing a crap ton of these? Don't they own a lot of production facilities also? Why can't they make more?
@Ps4beaver
Does living a "normal life" involve trolling on N4G all day and night? It seems you do enough of that, especially considering your one bubble.
Me personally, I just want to find a PS4, and yes I do notice the Xbox stock, it's kinda hard not to. I am not saying anything past that, just that I see them in stock.
Is this for North America Amazon? I know that Xbox is very popular here, they ramped up commercials big time. I see an Xbox commercial on all the time now, and not many PS4... I have been looking for a PS4 for a while now without being able to find one. I know that doesn't mean much. it could be Sony just can't make enough at the moment. I just see so many Xbox's everywhere I go in stock, which also could just mean they are faster at manufacturing right now.
If you think N4G is so ridiculous why do you even hang around? It gets tedious listening to your N4G this, N4G that...
@Evil_Abed
How are those quotes not honest and sincere? He is saying what he thinks...
Not sure it warrants being called a "jacka$$"
Nice score, looks pretty fun. I am a bit more excited for planetside 2, love what I have seen for it.
^
Yeah this game looks amazing, can't wait to see it on consoles.
Good catch, fanboys are trying really hard.
I just played Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross on the PSP. Both deserve 10's, absolute classics. Loved every minute of them.
I feel your pain, I too had mine YLoD recently. I had a launch ps3, wasn't happy when it bit it.
