Very few people actually use splitscreen.
The reason behind the lack of split-screen is likely CPU usage.
I think his best performance is Martin Walker (Spec Ops: The Line). He showed a large rage of emotion in that game.
There really wasn't much wrong with the campaign, it had the best set pieces in the series. My main issues with it are the redundant Warden fights and the story (too many new characters).
I want them with Rare to do a new Perfect Dark.
The problem with the story is they introduce too many new characters and don't flesh them out. Plus most of the game should of followed blue team.
If they weren't told the resolution they would never know it.

The main issue I have with the game is gnasher shotgun consistency.
They were offered it but turned down making another bond game. They instead wanted to create a new IP (Perfect Dark ), which is a spiritual successor to golden eye.

I found the game to be decently challenging on normal, even against weaker enemies you had to make sure you didn't get surrounded. The game is however a lot easier than the Witcher 2. I personally don't think a dark souls hard game would work in a large open world.

I wanted cortana to stay dead. Her revival destroys the emotional ending of Halo 4. I was expecting ONI to be the new enemy in the series, with the Didact returning as well. This writer went a cliche artificial intelligence uprising. The story and new character were dull, but I still enjoyed the campaign due to the combat, set pieces and design , plus the exceptional cutscene. Warden boss fights were cool the first two times, but then became tedious. You are right the writer needs to go.
