I bought several games from EA for my son and myself this past weekend, with 50% off on 2 or more, great deal. However I bought NFSHS also from Impulse because they sent me a 20% off online coupon. So my point is this: Whoever has the deals gets the business from most that know the digital distribution circles. However Steam has got the foundation and most people don't shop around. And with 2-3 million on at any given time is one heck of a market.
Well said.
As I said in another post. I will not play for multiplayer. However if there is a service that has no cheaters, and gives weekly content, then we can talk. But just buy the game and pay, uhhh, no.
I thought it was two something giving high fives. Like everyone else, I was surprised it was mentioned in the text.
This analcyst is a complete moron. I would never ever pay to play multiplayer.
One persons turd in another persons favorite play thing.
If the Elder Scrolls V is made it needs to be for the next generation of consoles. If this game is made for the lowest common denominator console the game will be just another Oblivion 1.5. I say make it for the PC with all of the bells and whistles. Then once the new consoles come out, make this the first game for them.
Smart move, I would say 1% of the games that are based on movies are good.
When developers make games that cater to the multiplayer experience and people pay for those types of games, then yes. However all of these things come and go in phases, like bell bottom jeans and disco……………… :)
I wonder if she wants to play Dragon Age. She can be Morrigan and I will be the warden that helps her capture the Arch Demon. OMG My inner nerd has shown through……………
I would have disagreed with you until I bought FFXIV and several other games. But now, I am not going to pirate, but the developers do need to tighten up on the quality of their games.
What planet have you been on?
When I am buying a game I first look at the developer. If it is Bioware, I know I am going to get a quality product that will keep me interested for days. I have spent over 300 hours on Dragon Age and the same on Mass Effect 1 and 2, beat all both several times. However these types of games are rare, like Halo #1, something you got to beat and can’t get enough.
I think a good medium time to play a game is 25-75 hours depending on the genre. If the game is a FPS-25 hours is g...
This is a good game guys, worth your attention.
It is called strategy. Deny the top dog a piece of meat, the other dogs get to eat.
What ever it is, I know it will be good.
I can tell there are no egos here.
You guys need to look at the question, it said partner, not mistress.
They can do what Battlefield done, something futuristic.
Stupid fuckers should have kept a nice selection of PC games in their stores. I have no sympathy for them, so suck the console’s cocks, what you guys been doing all along. Along with the publishers hitting them in the used game market, they feeling the heat.
I have commented on articles like this before. If you look at all the companies that are offering digital distribution, there are a lot of them. All of them give good deals, several of them offer different deals at the same time. A true PC gamer who wants to save those greenbacks for other games, will know these sites and those deals. I have 4 computers in my home and I usually buy 4 copies, so price is a major factor in my purchases. Currently Steam, D2D and Impulse are the top runners, in m...
System Shock was a awesome game.
