Played for a long time during beta and still play once a day. Very good game when you have several minutes to burn.
I disagree. There are three names that will make this game sell. Bioware, Star Wars, and Knights of the Old Republic. Players are waiting for something new and epic, all the other MMOs are in decline. If SW:TOR does half what it supposed to do, it is going to be a hit. Also I have been buying Bioware's games since they became a company and that name alone sells for me. Never had one piece of bad product from them.
Man I loved this series, I miss those old space sims. Wish they could do a reboot for Wing Commander Mark Hamill could be commander now. I forgot the porn star that was in the game .
BF3-Black Ops has everything I want so no need to upgrade.

I agree with Daniel, there will always be a subscription based MMOs. The reason most free to play games are popular is people who want to play more than one MMO can without having to pay a ton of money. But people who want to stick with one can do so.
Good list , Vampire the Masquerade is a damn good game. Gothic 3 was ok.
Everquest 1 is still on, so it might be a joke. But it could be true, depending on the quality.
The Secret World will be something to see, I hope!

If you like WWII RTS games, you owe it to yourself to play Men of War, hell Company of Heroes too, both are great games.I prefer MoW!
I disagree with the article. Brainless people blame material items for society’s problems.
It’s the guns fault that there are murders. It’s the cell phone’s fault for causing accidents.
The problem with society is that it can’t make people accountable for their own actions and it is easier to blame something that can’t talk back.
There is nothing better than a mouse and keyboard for general controls. A ps3/360 controller is the best for sports. Flight stick for flight sims. Of course there will be controls great for specific applications. But nothing beats a mouse and keyboard because of its versatility.
These motion controllers will be a fade then leave.
Not having played Red Orchestra 2, but consoles could use the first one.
