Steam has competition, even more now since Origin. Microsoft and Sony do not in digital distribution.
And if you were right our PC games would be the same price as your console games. I can buy NBA 2k 12 for $29.99.......
I can't edit so, I will make a new post. Epic want to control what they sell. Right now Microsoft and Sony dictate the prices. Think about when Valve made new content for L4D and the guys at Xbox and PS3 had to pay while us PC guys had it free. steam has opened alot of developers eyes to profits not available before. Microsoft and Sony are not the only companies that need to watch the bottom line and bend over to investors.

Origin isn't bad and with the recent 60% off, I am starting to like Origins. And if Origins is going to provide competitor titles. This could really open up PC gaming and make it better for all of us.
I was playing and paying Rift. But when Blizzard came out with the year sub for Diablo 3, Rift got dropped like a bad habit.

Diablo universe isn't that good or detailed to be interesting. If he would have said Starcraft or Warcraft then it could be believable......
I have two different opinions about violence. Man on Man violence is usually unnecessary to a point of stupidity. Watching some guy getting his brains blown out might be cool the first time, but the one hundredth time doesn’t matter. So the visual of the guy getting his brains blown away could be taken away and no one would mind.
However I have a choice to buy or not to buy what ever the developer produces.

Is it just me or has originality gone right out the window?
When there is a turn over of hardware, coming out with a new series is ok, no complaints from me. But when the hardware, especially graphics do not change, then making upgrades is ok. But making total new games is not? Make something original and in a different genre than just FPS.
Someone at EA needs to put the pipe down.
