Bad publicity is better than very good publicity. If you guys remember the Lana Del Rey and Saturday Night live fiasco where Lana Del Rey was supposed to be the worst performer ever. I had no clue who the hell Lana Del Rey was or what she sung. Went to Spotify, pulled her music up, loved it, bought the CD from Amazon and put it on my flashplayer for my car.
Anyway, my point is that controversy like this can promote.

As a father I want all the protection for my kids as best as possible. However lets be realistic, this is not going to do shit. If someone is stalking your child you have the power for his/her safety, government or the police cannot do it. Hell they can’t even take care of their bills!
I usually only say that the death penalty should be for murders and child rapist/rapist. However with the ability to affect/effect a ton of people at once, I think it should include hackers/Ponzi schemers, etc.
The loss of money and time from everyone should be the underlining reason.
I am glad you said “some kids”. Everyone is different, but these moron teachers want to put a blanket policy on everyone. Some kids don’t like video games and would rather be outside playing baseball, some kids watch TV, and some kids do play video games. But if you take out the video games would these kids be the same way? I bet they would and these teachers would blame that external problem.
Two days ago I read on CNN Money that Apple is going to become a Trillion dollor a year company in the next few years. Guys I don't own one thing of Apples, but that is some serious funds to diversify their business model. If they want to get into consoles they would have the money and investors to back them up.
