Isn't it funny that the camera does NOT show the whole picture? Look, they did it on purpose, also they take the disc out of the console but the cam does NOT follow the disc, how can we tell that the console really damaged the disc?
You also have to look at this way, on PS3 you would have to buy two sets so two people can play at the same time, with Kinect you don't! I will probably be buying both :D

I used to have an X360 for 3 years, sold it last year to buy a newer one with bigger HDD, but decided to wait for a redesigned version which I didnt have a problem waiting for as I also have a wii (dont really play it) and the PS3. I completely agree with you, I bought mine in nov of 2007, it broke twice, last time was feb of 09, since then I have had no problems. My buddy bought an elite when they first came out, and he havent had any problem with it.
I agree with you about 7-8 being a good score, but unfortunately the company that I work for if a customer does a survey on us and they give us an 8, that to the company is the same as ZERO!!!! Just ridiculous if you ask me!

Got the professional version for $100, did a fresh install in 30 min, working without any problems since 10/23. So far I am really happy with it.
