@ Dwalls1171: apparently a lot of people care, and good for you that you are satisfied with PS3 visuals, that saves you a lot of money. I play on a 55" ledtv and I'm just 7 feet from it, so I can see all the jaggies and all, and I don't discriminate, I have PS3, X360 and a nice PC, just don't have the wii anymore, couldn't stand the graphics!
@stu888 You are right about Far Cry 2, I bought it couple of weeks ago thru Steam for $5 (gotta love Steam), and the game stutters and crash (I have a pretty decent computer) in DX10, such a disappointment :(
As long as they make a game that it doesn't crash, and it has great game play, and decent graphics I would be happy!

@slapedurmomsace:it's because some people disagree anything related to PC gaming, I gave you an agree tho!
@Raendom: It's a "budget" PC buddy! Not everyone has money laying around, that is a nice build for the price, it will perform way better than consoles. Specially for someone that never build before, this is a good way to start learning and not break the bank.

Great article! Nowadays it is very affordable to build a solid computer that will virtually all games maxed at 1080p.
I do enjoying building my own computers and I do spend quite of bit of money on it, but I also use for a lot more than just gaming.

Same here, I used to use their bluray movies, but then I found a better way to get it hehehe, and I have a blu ray from netflix since august of last year! :p Looks like i will have to return it now! :D lol
Well said BlackKnight! And I'm sure that a few of those that keep saying it's no big deal, are the same that says "paying for xbox live gold" is just a company reaping people off.
99% of the time I buy new games, but usually I borrow games from my buddy's and vice-versa, and with the psn pass that changes the whole thing. Some people don't realize that and it will affect them some way or another in a negative way.
Got it last night as well, for $5 is just insane not to get it, getting ready to play it for the first time on 55" LED 1080p goodness! :D Love STEAM!
Exactly! I grew up watching F1, I'm from Brasil and it's on tv virtually every sunday. Brings me good memories, but F1 2010 was very buggy, I am sure 2011 will be 1000x better. Well one can at least hope :)
@firemassacre Nice looking PC setup. What's your specs bud?
If you need the exact steps let me know. it drove me crazy, but thank God got it figured out.
And thanks, I build it, it's my baby lol. I'm thinking about upgrading the memory to 12gb. How do you like the vengeance series?
I have a fairly powerful PC, but I had frame rate problems when playing in 1080p, the game for some reason would change the refresh rate on my LCD to 24hz! Only Crysis games do that apparently, so I found a work around, i made a custom resolution on my nvidia control panel 1916x1080 and I was able to get it to work properly! Just a beautiful game!

It's time to clear the sidewalk! bam!!! :p Can't to play this game :D
I really wished that would focus a little bit more on the PC, i have a great rig "i7 960, 6gb ddr3, ssd, gtx 570", I play it on my samsung 55" led tv and even tho i love fifa 11, my system doesnt even break a sweat with it. Time for new consoles so they can gives better looking games!
Same here! Awesome discounts for sure.
Awesome Crysis mod! I havent played Crysis in a while and that just made me want to get back to it! :)
Still a fun game. :) Hail to the King baby!
I agree with you about AMD, I tried to go with AMD a couple of times for my PC, but it gets so frustrating with their drivers.
