Thanks for that tip...that actually explains everything! It actually explains why if I were controlling a UAV I am able to spot enemies and after a little while spotting them doesn't work...nothing happens. I'll be wise in the future how I spot them.

I wish the same would be done for Bad Company 2. Sometimes spotting someone (like a helicopter or UAV) doesn't work for some reason.

True, but you have to realize that this is a device capable of being driven via touch controls on the screen.
Sony did the right thing by completely designing a different UI catered towards all these functions. I'm personally curious to see it all in action!

If you plan on importing one from, say Japan, be aware that the PlayStation Japanese platforms have the X and O buttons reversed.
What I mean by reversed is their respective functions are switched. X is back/cancel, O is select/enter. Chances are the Vita will be configured the same way. If you can get around this little difference, you're good to go :-)
You can be sure that someone like Patrick Bach wouldn't play Modern Warfare 3...he'd just hate it.
I like the Metro UI that's being used on Windows Phones 7. It looks awesome, sleek user interface and the live tiles that are employed in the system look clean and very intuitive. I wouldn't mind having a similar experience on my Xbox 360 too :D

Correct me if I'm wrong but no game on the Xbox 360 requires a mandatory installation. If they did, then every Xbox 360 would ship with a hard drive.

I agree with fluffydelusions. Alan Wake should've been on that list. It's one of the best looking Xbox 360 exclusives...While we're at it, why isn't Microsoft giving us a sequel to this game???
