True.
There's been way too much news about GTAIV graphic mods around here lately. Ones saying "If you thought the previous GTAIV mod was awesome, this one will drop your jaw" etc. and they don't seem to be stopping.
If you can afford an i7, I'd say go for it.
That's right.
Microsoft is creating a sort of unified/streamlined ecosystem across all their devices and services that has the same look, thus the Metro UI.
I've used a windows 7 phone and I can say that the Metro UI interface design is a very good one. I prefer it over Apple's iCons (my opinion!).
If you compare the Xbox 360 dashboard from when it launched, Microsoft has completely redesigned it and made it easier to nagivate...they don't even look alike at all.
I wish Sony would do similar things. The XMB still looks pretty much the same as it did when it launched, with minimal changes here and there. I would've loved to see more improvements here and there (like minimizing the ingame XMB, different menu styling, one push button to reply a message etc).
"Piracy "a problem", but DRM not the solution"
Tell that to Ubisoft and their crazy love for DRM.
If this rumor is true, then it's interesting to note how Microsoft repeatedly refuses to allow Steamworks on Xbox 360 because of the closed nature of their platform, but they would allow an OnLive partnership?...
This seems very sketchy to me.
The only time Kratos plays nice is when he's busy doing the women in the mini sex games -- that's as nice as he goes.
Other than that he never smiles, gets his revenge when he wants to, fights titans, visited hell a couple of times and back as well. He even has the balls of doing Aphrodite then he rubs it in her husband's face, Hephaestus by killing him!
Notice that most of the people Kratos meets throughout the games die by his hand (directly or...
He's the ultimate badass... I don't think it gets more hardcore than Kratos. How do I put this;
Kratos can endlessly repeatedly beat the living hell out of his father until one of the following happens:
-Your controller runs out of juice
-Your thirst for ultimate revenge is quenched.
-You thumb is tired of hitting the O button.
He's that crazy.
Kratos has this awesome but disturbing behavior of re...
Agreed.
If there's anything we can see so far is that Sony acknowledged the mistakes made from the PS3 launch, and from what I can gather they are doing very good/well calculated decisions to make sure that the Vita successfully launches.
Already priced at a very good $249 (considering the goods and horsepower it packs under the hood), launching with good games to readily play and also developer friendly tools/easier to develop for, I say Sony is on an e...
...and catch all those viruses and diseases?? No! XD
I'll agree with the Brass Telescope. It doesn't even have something like a scope or anything...I had assigned it as a quick inventory item because it was a telescope- something new and different.
Funny thing is after 10 minutes of playing, I gave the sucker to the old man in the Nexus to hold it for me.
Auto tweet achievements is a simple recipe for losing followers on twitter. Thank The Maker I don't have a Twitter account. That said, if you are on twitter and would love to share your achievements, then this is for you.
On regarding the UI, they did a great job doing a makeover- I like the Metro UI styled interface looks they are going for.
That's what first came to mind...the sound design that DICE does is simply amazing. I play bad company 2 with "War Tapes" on, in the audio settings and the sound is just nothing short of terrific. Taking down a nearby helicopter with a rocket launcher, the sounds produced; just terrific.
Honestly comparing this game to Call of Duty just because they are both shooters is...crazy! Battlefield 3 looks to be on a whole different level.
.
I'll take my chances and go out with Glados.
NYC_Gamer beat me to it.
All I can say is after having played through the game twice using different approaches, the game deserves recognition as well as the hype. It's a pretty good game.
Despite what people say about the build quality of the DS3, I find it to be a solid piece of hardware. Sure, it might not feel as sturdy/firm as its 360 counterpart, but I don't know how many times I've accidentally dropped a DS3 on the floor...the thing is solid and continues to work.
Never had troubles with any of the DS3 springs or anything. I just hate that the R2 L2 triggers can get a bit slippery sometimes but not a big issue.
People will always have different opinions about which controllers they prefer. If you claim the 360 controller to be the best, you're bound to get disagrees. The same with the PS3 DS3 as well. It all depends on stuff like which controller you grew up playing/using, which you feel comfortable the most with etc.
We at least can agree on one thing: the 360 controller D-Pad could use a redesign.
For those of you who prefer the 360 controller style over the D...
People generally buy Nintendo products to play Nintendo games. That might sound crazy, but it's the truth. This is why their exclusives sell millions.
Sure, there are bound to be people out there who might not want to play yet another iteration of Mario games, but you have to remember that their exclusives are very popular and only available there.
Is it me or are these German sites so badly coded that the picture slideshow functions can't even work?
