It's definitely not a corridor type of game, although it does heavily emphasize on story-telling as all the other God of War games have. It does however have a bit of freedom to roam around - such as when you're solving large puzzles that need you to collect something from one part of the level back to the other, etc.
But that's about it though.
So far all reviews I've seen of Amy have been from very negative to downright awful, but damn... 0/4?
I guess this is further proof that it must be avoided at all costs!
It's a quick way of saving off quite a huge chunk of money on their end. Of course knowing how in love EA is with money, I can see them continuing to charge for the same prices ($59.99 or more for new releases, excluding DLC OF COURSE!).
Let's also not forget how badly EA wants a cut in on Steam's delicious pie via their Origin client, the one they claim is to Facebook as Steam is to MySpace. ( 5105d ago 6 agree0 disagreeView comment

What?
Like Hisiru said, this is also not hard. It just takes time. I frankly hate these trophies where you are forced to grind for hours.
Personally I dislike online trophies for various reasons - community might be dead by the time you pick up the game or servers might no longer be working (like LoTR Conquest). They should be implemented in to be simpler (like the way ND did in Uncharted 2, excluding the DLC trophies).
A port is possible, but you can be sure the gameplay would be different - something tells me that the PS Move version would be much better.
This is another reason why Kinect has very clear limitations on what it can do and can't do (but Micosoft chooses to ignore this entirely).
Septic couldn't simply behave like an adult.
I'm asking myself the same thing.
Like he said, it's an illusion...
...that happens to only fool him , apparently.
Agreed
Sony simply stated that the Move would be a peripheral to include to their list of gaming devices, one tailored towards motion gaming. Microsoft on the other hand backed Kinect like it was the holy grail of gaming, as if you HAD to buy one. In my opinion, they focused it too much on it after seeing the kind of success Ninty had with the Wii.
In all honesty, both motion gaming devices really lack stellar games. I still haven't seen something that wo...
Lots of others beg to differ. I for one enjoyed both games. Hopefully it won't be the last we hear of the franchise.
It's too bad because the Prototype IP was a good one, having had played and enjoyed both games. It's all about the money when it comes to Activision, nothing else; and there's currently one cow that generates most of it: Call of Duty. If they know they can double CoD $ales next year and they had to kill off a few cool promising IPs to get there, they'll do it.
It just sucks!! Hopefully the prototype IP will come again in the future?
Agreed
Sony has the guts to step out of their comfort zone and explore new ideas, even if it means there are risks involved. People tend to stick with what works. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. However, innovation doesn't spur from concrete ideas of repetition. Something has to change. As gamers, we always strive for new things.
Heavy Rain, for example, was a step in a new uncharted/unexplored direction in any genre. The world was already floode...
It's good to know that they're fighting against fraud....
But why oh WHY THE F*CK is it that every time they (companies) take such measures it ALWAYS harm the legitimate customers who willingly paid for the game??? Why don't they ever learn from their stupid mistakes???
Companies (like Ubisoft) spend loads of cash on RnD in means to crack down on piracy, say using the always-on-line-to-play DRM (the worst of all). A legit customer comes to buy the...
I also noticed the texture behind the railway, especially all the way to the top of the building. It looks very clear which equates to lots of Video memory to hold lots of texture data.
Now if people think that this game is gonna play and look just as good as on consoles, ha haha haa...
Of course you would!
It just won't look as pretty, that's all.
This is further proof that there are things that Kinect is absolutely not suited for. Kinect has limitations that Microsoft doesn't want to admit to. There are things that can be achieved much easier with a controller with buttons.
Makes one question the whole Better with Kinect thing...
You rarely hear such a thing from studios, who've got a reputation for not caring about the game but about how much it has sold.
I wish there was a Heavenly Sword sequel. It's such a good game.
