EDIT: Mainly EA, who made a big mistake when fully supporting the wii over the PS3 and the Wii back when they saw consumer buy it like crazy, which is why we saw shoddy EA ports on the PS3 in its early days.

My Brother had MW2 and thought Black ops was going to be better,since the game was going to fix all the balancing issues that MW2 had. he got the game, and for him, even though the game was balanced and all, he traded it back in for MW2 again because of the dull graphics the PS3 version had and the Networking issues it had. It was that bad for him.
Keep in Mind, My brother is a 10th Prestige in MW2. Just goes to show you how bad Black ops was in His eyes.

the servers have been extended until further notice. so it will most likely be extended till 2012, unless the servers are still hugely populated beyond Atlus' expectations.
to be honest, this was sony's fault for not publishing this game exclusively in NA. they missed out big on that opportunity.

MW2 had its glitches, but it wasnt as gamebreaking as this, on top of that the graphics were on par with the 360 version. there was no lead platform.
we dont know that yet, until the thrustmaster wheel releases :)

get the 360 version since its it was the lead platform for that game. its over the top awesomeness wrapped with Sexiness. this game is a steal for people who wanted to play this game back in January.
I ordered the PS3 version thru ebay as a combo pack with White Knight Chronicles for about $25 dollars last saturday. so thats cool.
