That is what a PC is lol. Why bring that to consoles is beyond me. In other words, why buy a limited underpowered gaming PC over a real gaming PC. Consoles should go back to simplicity and offer great games

The games, Sony showed at E3 were most likely running on PS4 Neo or Sony pulling a Ubisoft on us.

You don't need that much for a gaming pc

LoL, is not just the visuals its also the free online gaming, cheaper prices, and freedom that many non-fanboys are moving to PC.

Actually, PC gaming is stronger than ever. So much so that for the first time in PC gaming history Japanese game developers/publishers are making PC games (cave story, ys franchise, every single final fantasy game is on steam, etc.). Microsoft is groveling at pc gamers feet lol.

The only rts game outside of the PS One was Starcraft 64; nevertheless, it was on the PS One console that rts games thrived

I do not see the return of rts games on consoles. The PS One was compatible with a mouse

http://m.youtube.com/watch?...

Thanks to the mouse a vast majority of rts games came to PS One: Civilization 1 and 2, command and conquer series, dune series, etc. but many ps one gamers did not bought rts games. The solution for PS One gamers to buy rts games came from Squaresoft, by bringing Front Mis...

Man, Microsoft really wants people to get Windows 10. Sadly, it seems Microsofts' Phil Spencer does not understand what PC gamers want, it is not just good PC games or good PC ports. What PC gamers want is an open gaming service that supports: mods, third party overlays like crossfire or teamspeak, a competitive market prices for games, let us PC gamers choose our library (Xbox green light) , third party app support like frags, etc. Why can't Microsoft see.that is beyond me.

To me it felt rushed; for example, skins for the xbox one controller were showned for 1 minute and that was it. Another we see a game trailer of Recore, after the trailer of to Final Fantasy 15. I wished it was slow down a bit. Not excited for the scorpio. I am excited for Re-core.

Glad there is no standard pricing it keeps the market competitive

You are correct

Nope its coming after the launch of scorpio 😎

3653d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

As long as UWP becomes an open service like Steam then that will be ok

The Scorpio is not an upgrade, is the next-generation xbox that will compete against the NX. It will be fully backwards compatible with xbox one and priced at $600.00 or $700.00 dollars.

Is going to be priced between $600.00-$700.00. Microsoft did not wait for 4K to come down in price. The gaming PC has no limitations.

Not really, back then PS2 games were cheaper than today's games, had free online gaming, free unlockables, alternate endings, multiple paths, hidden passages, cheat codes, map editors. Pretty much the works; on the other hand, today's games use DLC as a crutch to make gamers believe they are getting more content when they are not. Hidden paths, getting lost in a single player linear game us impossible (in the past it was possible). Mini games have become a distant memory and map edit...

VR still in its infancy and need refinement. I strongly believe gaming as a whole has barely scratch the surface. Game developers still struggle to fluidly combine story with gameplay. That the story being told matches the gameplay. Facial animation has not improved or moved forward since L.A. Noire. The gaming industry as a whole is still afraid of mature/adult drama. ......
