While I agree I just see Microsoft creating new ways to fee up gamers after all gamers love fees. Free is bad

An improvement from this generation rather than the same as this generation. Which was all Microsoft not everybody's game except for valve.

No is not the price is the issue of lacking games worthy of playing along with selling old ass games like Need for Speed most wanted (a launch 360 title) for $60.00 plus tax or the upcoming deux ex human revolution a 2011 title for $60.00 plus tax. I mean really it needs to sell these games at least $40.00 plus tax. Most wii owners look at the wii u as an add on not a next generation system. I do agree that Nintendo games (Zelda Mario Pokemon and Metroid) won't save this company du...

I do understand that Nintendo has never appealed to mainstream gamers. Nintendo doesn't need to emulate Microsoft or Sony. I do wish Nintendo would bring more new ips (after all I grew up with Nintendo but this company keeps making the same franchises). Would love to buy a game system made by Nintendo but is just the same franchises with the same themes design and game play. Where is the Nintendo that made creative games like Yoshi island or island adventure the one with the kid ridin...

I hope is test the game before you buy but I do want to point out what kind of games are these.

Hell yeah from the creators of bastion yes a great game is coming.

Well in a generation filled with unspiring first person shooters. This felt like a fresh breath of air. Ok is your opinion but bastion was awesome. Solid game play mechanics, varied enemies something very rare this generation. Great original soundtrack and a story that made sense. Hell I could even have pets that helped you out in the battlefield, able to upgrade weapons that if you upgrade them incorrectly you will be punished for it. Personally is one of the best games this gene...

At least the PS3 brought resistance fall of man, motorstorm uncharted, etc. in its first year.

Nope just a bunch of next generation multiplat games not like the wii u with old ass ports of current generation games not next generation games. Were is tomb raider, bioshock infinite, etc. nowhere to be found but there is deux ex human revolution oh boy a 2011 game just what the wii u needed.

Thank you at least there is someone with common sense.

How sad a next generation system with no new ips or innovative games that push the industry forward that challenge the status quo and crumbles the old standards of gaming. Since when should be praising or giving in to $60.00 plus tax for old ass games that came on this current generation. Hell these games should cost $20.00 or $40.00 dollars due to be a year or two year old games. Were are the standards of Nintendo fans why settled for less that I do not understand.

Why we already played those games years ago when we were kids and again via the wii virtual console. What is wrong with new ips or innovative games?

Well this article shows how juvenile game publishers are. Is time to show that this industry is more than marines slaying aliens or terrorists. Games like dear Esther, Gemini Rue and To the moon show games with very provocative mature story lines ; however, these games lack game play. I do want to point out that games like the portal franchise and the walking dead are pretty much the only games to show an excellent story combined with game play. With that in mind publishers should not...

you chauvinism pig lol!! Well most females do like games like tetris, pickmin etc. What is known is that women like games with a strong story or casual experiences. But games like "Remember Me" show an improvement for this juvenile industry. Games are not toys they are experiences that can create emotion and rival the film industry. This game reminds me of total recall remake which is a good thing.

!!!!!!!!! Spoiler Alert!!!!!!!!

True and that's the reason I like portal here is Chell (woman) who happens to survive a deadly maze run by a crazy A. I. that takes over the lab facility. Who happens to be the mind and memories of cave Johnson the CEO of Aperture science.
