FTC, Google, Sony, M$, and Nvidia literally killed the CMA's cloud reason for blocking the deal by agreeing that cloud isn't its own market lol. So naturally the CMA caved.

Just a heads up for those who only read the headlines but this is exactly what M$ wanted. Instead of waiting until August for the pre-trail, FTC took the bait that M$ was gonna close over them and filed an injunction. Now it jumped straight into the end game and in around 3 weeks the we'll know if it passes or blocked in America.

Incompetent FTC couldn't even update their list of complaints. They are still saying the M$ lied to EU regulators when EU regulators came out 6 months ago and debunked it. Hell, there's even a bit about how the stadia pro is soon to be discontinued when that actually happened 4 1/2 months ago.
