Infamous SS was repetitive, the NPCs were near zombie like and it was one of the smallest open world games I'd ever played. Beat it as a hero, got bored midway through the evil side, traded it in to gamestop.
GTA on the other hand is simply amazing.

The game is hardcore. This series doesn't care about your feelings one bit. It's like the game laughs at you when you die then tells you to suck it up and try again.

The vita is barely alive. Move died once the wii fad was over. PS camera died once the kinect fad was over. Its 3D gaming support died once its fad was over. Now it's Morpheus turn.
And I say this because the vita, move, 3d and ps camera has little to no support (gaming or other wise) from the people who created the damn thing.
