I enjoyed the campaign on MW & MW2 just for the story, the gameplay is like alot of other shooters - which is fine (I want more, but for now this is what we get)
I'd like COD to take on the Left 4 Dead style. By that I mean, here is this army (L4D good guys) vs the other Army (L4D zombies) and each mission play out like L4D. No Story pulling you through, just warfare.
Obviously I'd want alot more than 4 guys in my army.

its been a really good year
as I never played Killzone and your point about AC2 is a fair one, as that improved alot over the 1st one.
But if the award didn't go to Killzone 2, then my vote would have gone to Uncharted 2.
But Killzone 2 did introduce the FPS cover system, that hasn't been added to the FPS genre since the days console shooters started back with Goldeneye. So in a genre that NEVER changes or adds anything new, Killzone 2 is a deserved winner.
so what about DC Universe Online?
Its console PS3 exclusive, but is available on the PC.

Yeah sure if you buy 1, you'll buy Mario Kart, Wii Fit (maybe) Wii Sports Resort, New Mario, Super Smash, maybe Tiger Woods or Tennis and other than that its if the game interests you. (Which are all in the top 10 in sales every week/month)

both platforms had 12 games sell 1mil+.
Both consoles had 3 exclusives, ODST sold the most followed by KZ2 & UC2.
Averaged over the 12 games, 360 was an average of 2.5 and the PS3 was 2.1 (put in another post yesterday)
the reason why the 360 average higher was because of the high selling MW2 & ODST.
EDIT: Infernal was another great 360 exclusive
and if averaged out over the 12 games:
PS3 is 2.01 & 360 is 2.27, and thats with the X amount of console lead that the 360 has.
Both have 3 exclusives and the rest multi plats.
ODST is the most sold exclusive in 09, followed by KZ2 & UC2.
Which one of MGS 3 or 4 you like better (I prefer 4 because of the ending) they both should be in the top 25 list of games for this decade.
Yeah the 7th COD game is going to need a major over haul in graphics to blow me away.
Funny thing is, MGS4 (yet to put UC2 in the PS3) and Killzone 2 are considered some of the best graphics and they didn't blow me away.
However the gameplay and ending in MGS4 did.
NHL 95 on my PC for XMAS, unwrap and do the family thing for an hour and then home to play. No......haven't got a good enough PC.

If M$ release the console early, they could really get caught in a hole.
A) Do they make a console quickly to get the use out of blu-ray now and compete with the PS3 which is gaining momemntum - but still be behind where the PS3 is i terms of blu-ray knowledge.
B) Take a gamble with the next lot of technology (that may not be developed yet) so that they are in the next gen.
Because if the PS3 is classed as next gen tech, then how can the 360 or Wii...
