How can we really call this gen "Next Gen"
when clearly there is only 1 console that is "Next Gen"

What am I talking about "We got no games"
since it has been voted on, I can't really argue with that list:
But I've not known too many people that class GTA3 as the best GTA.
Also the 1 thing I noticed is that alot of these games are from early-mid decade with a few later ones (Wii ones at that)
Too me this shows that the "Casual" market exceeds the "Gamers" by alot and they have chosen games that if you seen someone play, you go and get it yourself and then think that the only...
UC2 also has the "next gen graphics mode" where Uncharted 2 can look as sh!tty as Gears 2.
So we get a better game than Gears 2 (different genres anyway) but we can get that same game to look as bad as Gears 2.
best 10 looking games are very easily in the last 3 years
Uncharted 2, Killzone 2, Crysis, MGS4, Far Cry 2, Fight Night 4, Batman, AC2, R&C A crack in time, Pacific Rift
thats 11 and I've missed XX amount of games that look good.
I played it at the start of the year - before Killzone 2, Resident Evil 5 and I can't say it was a let down because I never expected anything from the game.
Later found out that this was regarded as the one of the premier 360 titles.
May have looked good in 2006, but so did Shadow of the Colossus (according to people) but when I tried to play that I just didn't like the graphics at all - This year on my BC PS3.

MGS4 won 2008
and Killzone 2 was released this year and competes with numerous great looking games of 2009 - Uncharted 2 being the superior.
@ above - yeah you quickly forget the good looking games and when they actually hit.

but then you put the Prince in their, of course your opinion. But I just didn't like the PoP graphics at all (hate Borderlands too)
But then at the same time, I like alot of games graphically better than Gears.

As we've all said, move 1 up, this 1 instead of that and its all our individual preferences, but we can all agree that there are 10 great PS3 exclusives that could easily fill the list and still miss some great games.

I don't play my 360, 10 games that aren't better than multiplatform games.
When these 360 games are below the level of multiplatform games, then its no wonder why I have always been surprised that the "PS3 has no games", when all the multi's the PS3 have were better than the 360 exclusives.
And now these multi's don't compare to the PS3 top exclusives.
come on, half those games are ordinary compared to the rest of the PS3 line up.
Super Mario Bros. Wii is the best Wii game this year, if not overall.
Halo Wars? Are you serious, there were better multi's, better RTS (Empire Total War) the other Halo game was better than this one.

Uncharted 2 had a very good story and was very well told - can't argue with that at all.
But I thought there was 1 game that had as good a story if not a little better because most of it was more suprising and yet it didn't even get a nomination.
