Wow, so much hate! I joined pCARS on 13-10-2011. Today I tested the newest build of the game. It looks good and it feels good.
I don't know anything about the console versions of pCARS but the PC version will be really great. Funu to drive and will look and perform very good on a good machine.
@Bitby: everyone is different. I see the slightest stutter and I'd prefer a 720p/60fps over a 1080p/30fps. I would even prefer if I had the option to chose performance settings on console like I have on PC. I would never play a competitive first person shooter with 1080/30 if 720/30 was available.
My No. one too. I am not surprised to see it on top of the list. MGS allways gets lots of attention. I remember when MGS4 launched. All top stories on N4G have been about MGS.

I play it every day and I like the game. I made new PSN friends in Destiny and have a great time in the level 30 raid.

Messages are a lot better most of the time. Unfortunately the party chat has the same or even more problems. I often can't hear one or two persons in a party and get the message that it might be a problem with NAT, but NAT is type two for everyone in the party. Hopefully they'll fix this soon.
LOL @ the disagrees, but I can honestly say that sending messages has improved with today's FW update.
We use the party chat a lot because the chat quality is better than ingame chat and when we play destiny we can chat w/o being in one game session. Very useful while waiting for a sixth player for the VOG.

I just ask, because I experience these problems every day.
I don't want to defend the price tag. The price is a joke and the game lacks content. But I am having a great time with old friends in this game and made a few new. It is actually fun to run in circles and collect spinmetal when you have a good chat with nice people. You can have the tension of a nightfall strike too.
I have played 170 hours so far and this makes the game worth the money for me.
I will buy the DLC.
MGS3 is THE one game that needs to be remastered. Just a remake in the FOX engine, keep the voice acting as it is.
PSN is down once a week for several weeks now. There is no excuse for this.
I don't use the Xbox pad. I use one DS3 with motion in joy and another DS3 with controllermax (cronusmax), but I intend to give m&k a try since headshots are important with the tranquilizer gun.
I have never played an 3rd person shooter on PC before, but I think all shooters play better with m&k.
I prefer to play games like GTA or the batman games with a dual shock on PC though.

What I really like is to see how many people who play the games have gotten certain thophies.
My favorite: only 67.8% of the players of MGS 5 Ground Zeroes have gotten the trophy "Downfall". That is achieved by clearing the "Ground Zeroes" mission.

The game is fun. I'll give it a 8.0 overall, but a 9.0 for the fun factor.
I lost interest since GTA IV. I liked the game and had it on PS3 and on PC and loved BoGT, but the way R* treats PC gamers made me sour.
I will never understand the hate against PC.
To all you haters: save some money, build a PC on your own, play games. You'll never regret!

@urwifeminder: Try to find somebody who lets you test both of the sims. They are very different and for me there is a clear winner among them.
