I wasn't impressed by Overwatch, but I absolutely love Battleborn. I don't know why the gaming community is turning this into some kind of contest - if it interests you, check it out. If not, that's okay too.

I think that's the problem people have with Battleborn - it's deeper and more complex than Overwatch and people don't want to have to be bothered to learn how to play it.
It definitely looks great and feels great, but the gameplay just isn't there in my opinion.
You're not alone! It's the most genuine, count-down-the-hours-at-work, completely-lose-track-of-time, pure-and-simple fun I've had with a video game in a long time!

My experience in the Dark Zone has been nothing short of thrilling. The Dark Zone is about teamwork, strategy, choosing the right skills, and picking your battles.
My fiance and I ran through last night and had a blast. We called in an extraction and took cover - she picked up another player on her pulse who clearly didn't see us and we watched as he creeped around, then took cover and activated a turret, waiting for someone to step out so he could steal their loot.
Here are the grains of salt you should be taking with this day one review, which reads like a features list without any substance and isn’t representative of anything very far from the tutorial zone:

Based on your "suspicion" going into the game and the toxicity of your opinion after having played it, I don't think anyone would be remiss in assuming that you were predisposed to dislike Battlefront.

For those saying it's repetitive:
There are only three gametypes to play and you can only achieve Rank 5 with customization and a bunch of other options locked until release.
So that makes sense, doesn't it? Wouldn't any game feel repetitive under those constraints?
When you complete the only available mission, it tells you that the full game will have 15 waves for that particular one instead of the 9(?) available in beta.
Not only that, but you're playing it on Easy. There are (if I remember correctly) four or five other difficulty levels that you don't have access to in beta.
