The 360 version of Metro 2033 looks great. Maybe you should play the game instead judging from some screenshots. It didn't have the physx support like the PC version has but still looks good.

Its there own in house engine. It was rebuilt from Halo 3 and updated along the way as they were working on the game.
Bioshock didn't use the UE3 and neither did the sequel. It was running off the 2.5 engine. SWAT4 and Tribes that they did also ran off the same engine.
They using the UE3 for this though.
Mass Effect 2, Arkham Asylum, and Gears 2 are easily the best looking games to use the engine.
What I like is that this doesn't seem to share any connection with the previous Bioshock games besides using the title. They said before they could make several Bioshock games and this is the way to need to do it. Keep giving us a different unique setting with each new game and don't do what they did with Bioshock 2.
Ken did say before its an original IP but also said it would be a shooter. Its possible that the idea came from Bioshock by using a unique setting like being in the sky. It makes sense with the websites name.
The article isn't talking about that it failed in sales (he even says it sold well) but that its barely making the top 10 active online games for XBL. That's the what the whole article is about a list reason why more people don't play it.
I play it less because they still haven't came out with new maps. They just release previous maps to other game modes you couldn't play on before.
The demo was fun but being called the prettiest open wrold game? No. This is even the PS3 version they are playing which is suppose to look worse compared to the 360 version.
Not that its a bad looking game but compared to the amount of detail that went into RDR it just doesn't match it.
The physics don't even come close to the PC version. If you got a PC that can support the physics its worth checking out the demo just for it.
Some games are just better built for multiplayer like your Halo and Call of Duty games and those are the games people keep on going back to. These type of games also have better community features too (Halo Waypoint).
Uncharted 2 has an amazing sp campaign and even its multiplayer was fun but its nothing that never got me hooked. Really besides Gears of War you don't see to many third person shooters that have a strong multiplayer following that last long.
Its fun to meet up with friends and then stay up all night playing the game. I mean some of these games we have been waiting 2-3yrs to play, following the previews and E3 showing. If I can get it that much earlier I'm for it.
For me its no big deal to take the day off work. Unless someone else has the day mark down I have no problem getting the day off.
Loved Shadow of the Empire one of my favorite N64 games. The the problem with it now is that the controls are horribly dated. A VC version would carry over the same controls. Would rather see them do a remake even if it looked the same just update the controls.
Limbo could easily win GOTY from any major site or mag but I hate how people talk as is if only one sole game gets it. A number of different games win GOTY each year. Gamespot had Demon Souls as its GOTY last year and IGN had Uncharted 2. Look at all the GOTY editions that come out.

All it does is replace the current arcade 360. The more space is for kinect since it needs memory to run it, you need memory to run the dashboard too. New HDD's will come out later on.

If they pull this with Black Ops they are going to have to keep a steady flow of content each month. The content is going to have to be spread out too.

Yes its a rail shooter, the entire game is on rails.
If anything it would be Agent that would be shown off. I don't think you are going to hear anything about a new GTA until Agent is done with.
