It pretty much looks like the leaked videos that got released last year after 3D Realms shutdown. Its using the Unreal Engine 3.
The best part is Gearbox working on it. It will actually come out this time.
Its uses a HUB style system. AC will be probably be the same using main parts of the city that will branch off to smaller linear areas but I'm sure it will a larger game then AA.
I like this style way more then an open world setting because the devs can put more focus and polish into the linear areas.
His daughter is still alive. Chuck goes to Fortune City to appear on game show (Terror Is Reality) and to find more Zombrex, that will be a part of the game having to buy Zombrex for his daughter. There is a time gap between Case Zero and Dead Rising 2, Dead Rising 2 takes place 3yrs later.
Its not a problem in Case Zero at all. In all the trailers for Dead Rising 2 you never even see his daughter with you and the article is implying that she will be by your side during the game.
She will probably just stay in the safe room like in Case Zero. I can't see them making the entire game with her by your side and again no gameplay trailers show this.
I hope they work on the environments. Yakuza 3 has some great looking character models, some nice detail put into them but the environments always lacked that type of polish.
I like how most of the pictures are taking from the smallest details in the game. Windows, doors, posters, clothes hanging, a bathtub? Its an open world setting, your always going find stuff like this in sandbox games.
This shouldn't take away from the sp at all. Ever since the studio was changed to Visceral they hired on a lot more people for Dead Space 2. The E3 footage also shows just how much of a bigger game it is.
Its a prologue but you can also consider it as a demo for Dead Rising 2 since it will play exactly like it and Dead Rising 2 won't have a demo. If you want to get a good sense how Dead Rising 2 will play, Case Zero is it and it only takes about 20-30mins complete.
The main thing that the console version will be knocked down with is the post processing effects. That's what made Crysis look so good on the PC and Crysis 2 on the PC will have DX11. Besides that I really don't think there will be some huge difference.
When you look at Crysis open jungle setting it doesn't have the type of texture quality like Uncharted 2 has. The E3 demo of Crysis 2 has a lot more polished to it since it takes place in smaller areas.

Rage uses MegaTexture (128000×128000 pixels), just the style of that makes it look different. You won't see the same texture work over and over in Rage, it should always look different.
I really don't think you would see a new one next year because of Agent. Agent is being done by the GTA team, I'm sure some of them started working on a new GTA but Agent seems like a better guess to get released next year.
No Heavenly Sword? Mirrors Edge is much longer then that. You can do speeds runs but your first time playing its going to take you a lot longer.
It more has to do with the setting. You will be able to jump around from rooftops with your suit active. You won't be doing any wall running but mixing skills like speed and strength to get around quick.
Dead Space 2 dev team is bigger then what they had working on the first game. A lot times they have separate teams working on the multiplayer, Uncharcted 2 coop and multiplayer modes was from a different team.
Big studios like Rockstar have hundreds of people that worked on GTA4.
The E3 trailer looks pretty much the same but there seems to be more color added to the buildings (the brightness from the sun). It still takes place in Dubai, its always been in a city and older videos showed you in a squad that your able to control around.
You do know they have different devs that work on Call of Duty?
There's a reason why those cost so much when it comes with RC car that recives audio and video. You can still buy the standard LE that comes without the RC car.
Whoa the game isn't near this bad. I agree that the story isn't setup as well as how the first game started out but the controls, shooting, and even the cover system is a big improvement over the first game.
I didn't have the near amount problems that this guy had with the cover system. They do put you up against a lot of enemies and you can be in tight spaces when it happens, but the improved controls help a lot and I just didn't have the problems like the review stat...

Watch the stream. Its been showing people playing the demo and it looks like they about to show a trailer. Nevermind yeah they can't show it, only demo gameplay.
