It does suck if someone gets a chopper gunner but that hardly happens the times that I've played on the map. Its still fun map since it gets you right in the action and its pretty easy to get past campers on it. I always run and gun on the map and do fine.
I've never been dominated on that map by people camping like what the article talks about.
A shooter is much easier to expand on compared to sports and music games. Those games also cost more since you need the board to play the new TH games and all the music stuff.
I don't see it ever tanking as bad as those series of games. They keep hiring on good devs, ex Dead Space creators are working on the next CoD. There is a lot they can keep doing with the series like change the setting with the rumored scifi CoD.
The multiplayer is addicting and that's always go...
Its the map the jungle map probably has the least amount of cover out of all maps. Not enough people carry around the Strela-3 either, I hardly ever see someone try and shoot a chopper down.
How does that swing the balance of the game? Its not even an a balance issues because of how lucky of a kill it was.
Not a disappointment, its just as fun as the MW games. MW2 was great at first but it was so unbalanced. They tweaked a lot in the multiplayer to balance it out better like how scavenger doesn't refill your grenade launcher.
On the 360 version I've had very little lag problems.
The sp campaign was fun and the graphics look near identical to MW2. I mean there isn't some night and day different between the two.
Everything they are doing is making it look so much more balanced compared to MW2. You now get to control the chopper gunner and attack choppers. Doing that will make it so you can't rack up kills at the same time since your controlling it and not on the ground killing guys at the same time. Kills from any kill streak awards won't count towards your streak anymore.
People asking this for dlc its not even complete. I doubt they would ever go back to it and complete it just for dlc.
Stuff like this always gets cut from the series. There was few other things that was cut, the game world was suppose to be even bigger. Same with the first two games in the extras you see can near complete levels that got cut from both of the games
I agree through that the game starts out with a bang and becomes less and over the course of the game. I...
lol serious? Its been like this ever since the very first CoD game.
I like the old look but the update makes it so much faster and smoother, I'll take that over the old look. Ever since the NXE update its always been slow at loading up when trying to get into game library or anything else.
Nothing fishy about it. Once he got the AC130 he was mowing everyone down before anyone one on his team could really get any kills and the other team couldn't do anything since the the map was Wasteland which has very little cover.
He got the nuke during the AC130, the count started right at the his 7 kill streak and stopped during his AC130 rampage. lol so cheap using the nubetube like that but funny to see, he just got lucky.
Onslaught was so small because it used the same multiplayer maps for its mode. There wasn't anything that needed to be downloaded besides adding the game mode to the menu screen.
Not all dlc is like that, I mean its pretty obvious to tell when dlc feels like it was cut from a game. Stuff like from Fallout 3, GTA4, RDR, all those expansions were never intended to be in the original games.
Its using the same engine and the core gameplay with VATS is the same. Obsidian though made this more connected to the original Fallout then what Fallout 3 was like.
If you played the old Fallout you will notice lots of stuff pulled from those games and put into NV. The quests are similar, FO3 was more action heavy during its quests. NV deals a lot more with characters and lots of different outcomes that you can do during them, far less quests have you shooing your way out.
Heh that's clever using the pot like that. You can just use a stealth boy through. Losing karma effects very little in this game unless its with a fraction your trying to stay good with.
But the Van Graffs it doesn't matter once you get their quests done. I've took a bunch of stuff from their using a stealth boy. There is even a quest with the BoS (depending how finish the first BoS quest) that has you kill them all and then you can loot the store.
I didn't know there was vendor cap glitch but there was also an casino cap glitch. You could keep turning in your chips for caps at one casino and it wouldn't take your chips out of your inventory. So you could keep turning them in over and over again for more caps.
Also really the voice acting? Fallout 3 was no different, it had a bunch of the same voices.
I really wish they put out a PC demo. They did an awful job porting over the first game on the PC, it actually looked worse then the console version.
At first I thought they were talking about the purple smoke when I saw that first picture. When they are saying major glitch I'm expecting to see something major, that's so lame. You can find clipping issues in just about every single game.
Finished it last night and its fun game but nothing really stands out to much when compared to a number of other similar games.
A lot of easy puzzles that show up in the second half of the game. Some of them can become frustrating not because they hard but what you have to do. To much key collecting and breaking down doors the first half.
The fighting is solid and there is a lot of good boss fights and characters. Those things they nailed down right.
I never ...
Not new, its the same footage they have been showing off since E3.
While it doesn't bother me much, it totally messes up the leaderboards. You can look at the top people for certain game modes and know that they boosted. While other top players who are being legit about it but getting beat out by someone who boosted.
And really why would this get approved? I guess its news to show people how to boost and cheat in a game?
