I liked it, but it is definitely over rated. Doesn't deserve GOTY with so many other good games that released last year. People try to make it seem like it's more than it is. It's better than a lot of the show, but not nearly as good as the comics. And the story is pretty predictable too.
The switching weapons and map are touch screen and it works really well. Some aspects were just thrown in like tearing open envelopes by squeezing both screens and dragging and revealing a hidden message by holding your Vita up to a light. The light thing almost never works. Other than that, I'd say the touch controls were fine.
Ahhh, that makes sense, I didn't think about that.
I so hope they do a sequel. Get rid of the gimmicks and develop the story better this time though. Also, make the persona system (if it's going to be used) less restrictive. Liberation was an amazing game, but with those things fixed, it'd have been perfect.
You should read the original comics. They are pure badassery.
The original turtles were extremely violent and badass, so you're probably talking about the cartoon. I like both, but the Mirage ones are more awesome.
I'm excited for this game, don't care if it's from Activision. I've been waiting for a new Turtles game for a while.
It's always 32. I don't know if I believe that though because then when I look on the map, it's like 10 max.
Reminds me of Darth Maul.
Very true. Kids in my school who have had a PS3 longer than me don't even know what it is. That's kind of a problem, seeing as how they own the console.
I'll be getting this day one for sure. Looks awesome.

That's not racist at all. There are cultural differences in every country, pointing them out isn't a bad thing. And eating crow is a saying in the US, it means that you admit you're wrong. Jesus, people are sensitive these days.
And no, Sony does not have the best marketing in the industry. It is widely considered the worst in the industry. And I find it hard to believe you never see a Microsoft or Nintendo ad, seeing as how they are...
Can't wait for The Last of Us.
I never understood the obsession with Skyrim. It may be open world, but every storyline sucks and the combat isn't very advanced. The Witcher is so much better.
@onyoursistersback
Jesus, it's "maybe" not "mabe". And no I doubt that's why. It's likely because Sony paid them. Same thing happened to AC3, it has nothing to do with the blu ray being able to hold more.
That no call at the end though...that could've lead to a 49ers win if they had called holding. I hate Ray Lewis and the fact that people glorify a murderer.
I don't think it needs co-op. I don't even think it needs multiplayer. It's fun, but the singleplayer is why I play the game.
All of it could have been avoided too. Start planning a bit earlier next time. Launching a new console, Sony had to know they needed a game like CoD so they should have been on top of it.
I think if they did a follow up like Brotherhood or Revelations, Connor's story could be be the best out of them all. Ezio had a substantial story with a solid end, but that's because he had two extra games. And I think that they made you connect with the villain before you know it's the villain was awesome. Many people would not like him solely because they knew he was the villain and they know they shouldn't like him.
I love Assassin's Creed, but I definitely see where you're coming from with how it killed PoP. I'm pretty sure the AC engine was made for what was supposed to be a PoP reboot. I agree that the PS2 remake of the first one was the best. Things did indeed get weird with the following two games, but I still liked them. The first one just felt genuine with the character models and music and all that stuff, if you know what I mean.
The more I think about it, the more I want it to be set in Asia somewhere.
