Cry me a river. Kickstarter gives you the benefit of investors that have no investor rights.
I don't believe Tolkien would have cared for it, not as it is. The game is absurdly violent and I while I'm not entirely familiar with how he felt about violence as a whole, I don't think he would see that as a good thing.
The list is actually pretty solid though as someone pointed out, Battlefront seems to be missing.
Is Star Wars Galaxies #1? If not, this list is bogus.
I don't even need to read this article.
Yes.
Damn, the graphics have not aged well.
Huh. I did not know this was happening. My personal favorite was Up Your Arsenal, but the first game was still a great experience and it's how we all came to love the series.
Oh no! No mods on a game no one wanted? What shall we do?
I have never been an Xbox fan but you have to respect Phil. He's up front with what he wants to achieve and I believe he truly cares about games and the product he sells.
Woohoo! I love when inferior technology holds us back from the best experience.
I enjoyed this a lot more than any GTA. Unfortunately, unless it has a significant amount of new content and a lower price I don't see myself ever picking it up.
Sony did not create nor publish Shadow of Mordor. They have no control over pricing.
No, it is not. There is a lengthy discussion to be had - What determines "best"? Is it the impact a game made? Is it the critical response?

How do any of the Suikoden titles stack up to these? For a generalization, they've made no impact on players and a marginal at best impact on RPG's as we know t...
Does N4G not police this at all?
Why does this headline include PSN other than an attempt to start some sort of firestorm between fanboys?
Not. A. Game.
This is an interactive story, not even a choose your own adventure. It has more in common with a DVD menu than with a game. There are no puzzles, no character interaction, no challenges, and no difficulty.
This is a wander-around simulator with a narrative.
Poor writing is poor.
You can't give Destiny a 5 and call yourself Honest Gamer. It is very easily a 7-8 game. Personal mileage always varies, but to be so blatantly harsh is a desperate call for hits.
Wonderful news.
If it isn't an RPG and it goes much over 10 hours I lose interest. I much prefer a strong and focused story over pointless padding.
Leave the length to the multiplayer.
Didn't this release a couple of months ago on Xbox One and just now release on PS4? These numbers are rubbish and so is this article.
Do you understand how investors function in business?
Prior to crowd funding, designers and developers would pitch their ideas in the hopes that someone would invest funds into the project. These contracts usually involved the investor receiving a payout or a percentage of profits on future sales. In some cases the investor becomes a partial owner.
This was a way to spread the risk of a new project and to fund your new ideas without having the personal capita...
