the developer already confirmed at E3 after Jack Tretton said the game was on hiatus that it was still in active development and that they just weren't ready to reintroduce the game yet.

I can't see pay 2 win being the future which is basically what F2P is. Part of the future yes but if that is the standard model I don't see gaming lasting very long.

Why do you think I specified Xbox brand, I have to use Windows at work and I have a pc one home with Linux and 1 with windows. I also don't own a android phone or device.
So other than Windows I don't really use MS products. EG I use Open Office instead of MS Office.
I still think alot it has to do with the higher price point & forced Kinect which are on my list of reason to not buy a XB1 but my biggest reason is my distrust of MS as a company to give continued support with core games & not to slowly patch back in the DRM.
So as a result I have decided to not support the Xbox brand at all anymore.

That is why 1st party games trounce 3rd party games in quality because they don't cater to the lowest common denominator and they try to push the system as far as it can be.
PS+ is a great service and I've been a member since day 1, my only concern going forward with PS+ is that all the IGC games will be gimped / half games like Drive Club. If that's the case to me it would definitely devalue PS+ seeing it's nothing more than a glorified demo.

I disagree because a first party studio wouldn't gimp the PS4 game to equal the PS3 version. A first party studio would make full use of both systems. So I strongly disagree with the just for PS4.
that is exactly why I don't buy online only games, if there is no campaign it's a no buy for me.
you should just be able to update the game data from the servers when you login to your account instead of having to be online 24/7.
only buy Sony 1st party games without it.
easier solution is just don't buy the over priced POS.
That is exactly what I think & how I feel on the subject. The XB1 is a definite no buy for me just because of the distrust I have for MS. Then throw in their greed with charging for F2P games and other free apps like Netflix & youtube and that's the icing on the cake.
Who thought that? Did they do it with the PS1? No. Did they do it with the PS2? No. So why would you think they would with the PS3?

I would love a new VC for the PS3 or PS4. Finally got to play VC2 after buying my Vita last year.
If it's not L1 to aim & R1 to shoot lots of reviewers / gamers have trouble with controls. Glad I'm not one of those types of gamers.
I love to hear that as I love new IP's and always get excited when I hear a new one will be in the works soon.
