I don't think so. When I try to pre-order the game from Amazon to Gamestop, only the XB1 version with its Aug 25 release date shows up. There is nothing regarding the PC version.
Add to that, this is what I got from post E3 when the PC version was announced.

Still not worth $40 for higher resolution. Sony should have included GOW ascension with MP in this set.
Oh well, maybe I'll get it when it comes down to like $15 as I still love this game and kept the PS3 disc but no PS3 console anymore. :(

Lol, I guest you didn't read my earlier post on this page when I said "Other then that, no network stability is perfect and Maintenance downtime is expected so I real don't have any issue on the technical side of PSN other than it is expected on all major online network."
Maybe you are right that the XB1 was down for a few hours that I wasn't on as I don't game 24/7 online on any of my consoles. I just waits and rely on N4g...

What were those early 2015 XBL issues that you are talking about? Any link?....besides those dozen articles from Dualshockers stating friendlist is not working properly that have no affect on online play.
The Only Issue I really have with PSN plus that I constantly moan about is the fact that most of Sony's own first party games don't have any Multiplayer option in them. In the PS3 days it wasn't a big issue because mp is free. Now with having to pay $50 a year for the main point of playing online with others, I am really disappointed with Sony's non commitment to the MP aspect of their games.

I am sick and tire of Digital Foundry testing out games that are still in development and bring in more unnecessary ammo for argument for console warriors.

I am just comparing the two in the situation where a PS4 owner wants to play PS3 games on a PS4. In that case, all my points are true and valid.
But like you say, PS Now is a streaming service on its true form and PS4 don't even have a BC option at this point to be in the argument of BC so it makes these articles that keep comparing them pointless. But if they continue to do so, then the BC option of the XB1 is the perfect BC solution.

Why are we still getting these articles?
Xbox BC won, end of story.
One you get:
1. Play the game you owned for free without a fee.
2. All digital X360 games that are made compatible will just show up on your XB1 dashboard for you to D/L.
3. All saves, DLCs, and achievements will be carried over (it is like you never left the x360)
4. Allow user to use XB1 features like snap, DVR, screenshots, Twitch ...
Dang...down again? Where did the extra subscription fees went if it isn't going to improve and get more servers? With the exception of the 20 plus days of the attack that forced Sony to shut down the PSN network a few years ago I don't recall the PS3 being down this often .
