Yep. My most anticipated XB1 game of 2016, possibly along with ReCore(pending further info).
@Pandamobile I'm 34, didn't grow up playing online. I like stories in games or worlds that draw you in. Running in circles shooting people just doesn't appeal to me at all. I like some shooters like Half-Life, BioShock(original one), Resistance, Bulletstorm, and a few others.
Yep, me too. I will be skipping Battlefront just like I skipped Evolve and Titanfall. Guess these games just aren't made for me. A shame because I like the worlds they're set in, but am not a MP gamer.
I will get both but would prefer them not to be on the same release date. Kind of hard to play 2 games at the same time, especially if you work, have kids, have limited time.
They are related in that they share a release date.
It has potential, and great graphics, but also seems to have an identity crisis. It has changed a lot since the initial showing, hopefully for the better.
I am not sold on the setting or 'live action' elements. Will wait and see if it's worth picking up I guess, but it is not high on my radar currently.
Not big enough? I think you mean, not on Xbox, right?
I've seen your comments/submissions before, no shame in being a Microsoft cheerleader, just stick to xbox articles.
I think you mean From Dusk.
I respect your stance and think you are correct. However I want to play the game too much so will go against my principals and get it for XB1. I would have picked it up for my PS4 if I had been given the choice though.
Really looking forward to playing it. Still hoping for a broken street date/early release to give it a head start on MGSV, Mad Max, and the busy season.
ROTTR looks great, my most anticipated game on X1 this year.
Scalebound is my most anticipated exclusive on X1. Demo wasn't great but I'm sure the game will be excellent.
No idea what the fuss is with Crackdown? Frankly I wasn't impressed. I hope it's good but the trailer showed nothing but some destruction. The previous games in the series were so so.
Quantum Break looks to have some fantastic graphics and cool gameplay but a...
Heavenly sword was awesome at release. The graphics were amazing at the time, the story and cutscenes are great, and the combat has lots of depth if you learn the combos.
Problem was most people were on the ps3 hate train back then, including much of the media.
MS or Sony should snap these guys up if they are at risk of closing. They are AAA devs and could churn out some great exclusives.
I think ludonarrative dissonance may be an issue for the direction they are going with ROTTR, just as it is in the Uncharted series.
It's okay to be brutal and ultraviolet in The Last Of Us because the circumstances are extreme and people have been shaped by that. Even the survival situation of the TR reebot it was forced on Lara. It will be interesting to see how they justify it in this game.
I want to see her visit a prehistoric island and apply some of these combat skills to hunting Dinosaurs whilst uncovering a mysterious ancient civilisation.
@joab777 Yep, that's what I'm hoping for. I have a good feeling about it, I'm sure it'll be awesome.
Me too. Bloodborne has consumed my life since its release. I'm hoping Dark Souls 3 is just as good.
It's f2p? Oh no! I didn't realise.
Why can't they just release a normal game? I would love a proper next-gen Fable.
Really? So there is a proper single player campaign like previous Fable games?
I had kind of given up hope that this would make 2015. I really hope so, it looks great. Definitely like the Catherine influence I'm seeing.
