I really want Kena to be good, but my gut feeling has it being around BioMutant level (decent game, but repetitive).
@Inverno
I remember it being very imaginative and a breath of fresh air, while still being familiar. The last hour or two was big on shooting.
IMO Infinite is better than 2... The only thing I remember from 2 is playing as a little sister. It felt too much like Bioshock (which wasn't bad). Infinite was the right stepping stone.
Agree'd, graphics are pretty. For chapter 4, this looks boring as hell.
@LordofCritics
I still think the best year in video game history was 2004. You had arguably the best GTA, Half Life, Metal Gear Solid, Metroid, and so many other titles. 2007 was great as well, that's when PS3/Wii/360 all kicked it into high gear.
Yeah, that's what I did. I figured it hasn't even costed me an Xbox Series S yet. Get another 3 years for that price and it would cost me an xbox series S and a game. Not bad for a whole generation.
Bring it to Playstation 5. Or better yet, bring it to the Switch along with PSNow. I only want one console.
Thank god
Cone on, is this really a point to brag about? If anything this is props to Sony for navigating the chip shortage. In reality, the Nintendo Wii was sold out for over a year and a half. That is the console that everyone wanted from 6 years old to 99. Hell, every mainstream media outlet was covering the Wii shortages.
The real question is PS5's legs, which Sony had always had good sexy legs. The Wii was built for that first 3 year sprint, the PS5 will run the marathon.
Yeah, once I beat Hades (Long game, might not finish it this year) I will move on to replay 1 then this. Good value Gamepass, $180 for 3 years and no console.
Very good reviews so far, DoubleFine's still got it
Exactly
I'm looking at it and would like to try. Space is a lot less interesting compared to mythologies tho. That and PS5s are hard to come by
That's not true that all eggs are in one basket. Call of Duty sells roughly 15-20 million per installment. That doesn't include any DLC or Microtransactions, they are milking the hell out of it.
They do have Tony Hawk (recent installment sold well), Crash (sold well), Spyro (sold well), all Blizzard titles (always sell well), Seikero (sold well), Destiny (still going strong), and Skylanders (i dunno).
They used to have better selling IPs, but they...
I'd really like their next game to be a Hades remake, but in 3rd person. This game is sooooo good, I would love a different rendition and would pay happily. God of War fan here lol
I think the opposite would be the case where gamepass kills physical sales.
They are averaging 20 million a year. If the Switch can stay relevant for 3 more years, it might topple the PS2 and given the different landscape of countries, it is possible.
Honestly, he paid for the system, he can expect whatever he wants. The only reason I'm content with Microsoft is Gamepass has been phenominal. Without Gamepass, I'd feel like I wasted my money.
What Npugz meant to say:
This game is going to sell so many copies! Especially with it being titled Call of Duty. People say they are sick of WW2 games, but they will purchase off brand loyalty.
Truth: Once the trailer drops, everyone will be hyped. They will love it first week of release, then they will say they are bored of it and how sick they are of CoD. The cycle will continue next year.
Sorry to disregard this game, but can we get a legit Edge of Tomorrow video game? Where we can have different interactions each day?
