Yeah it flew under my radar. It looked similar from watching game awards.
I mean... got my hopes up too high. Watching Vice City, you can't climb over walls. This was something introduced in San Andreas and was a huge quality of life improvement.
I'm still going to buy it because nostalgia, but damn. I was hoping this would be a bigger improvement until 6 eventually hits winter 2032.
I'm hearing a lot about this game. Tried another similar game in terms of size called Hades that got praise. Enjoyable game, but felt overkill needing to beat 10+ times.

Breath the Wild was planned for a 2015 release and delayed numerous times into 2017. What are your stats making you think 2022 is concrete? There has not been much showed off for it.
The Switch just released on OLED model. The console will be around for at least two more years. My guess...
Switch 2 or whatever it is called will release March 2023 with a delayed BotW2 coming to both Switch and Switch2

Ignoring all of the controversy, when this game was released it felt good and looked amazing. Had no interest in 3 or Shadow. I think I just enjoyed the colot pallet of this futuristic shooter and the fact we were taking the fight to the Helgast
When he says nobody, he means vast majority. I go straight online for CoD. Never used to until Modern Warfare 3.

It wasn't only a reinvention for RE, but gaming overall. The "over the shoulder" camera was introduced. If you look at the whole gaming genre before RE4 and after, there was a huge change in perspective. Games like MGS were still fixed camera (fixed camera was changed in MGS3, but over the should introduced in MGS4).
Games such as Gears, MGS, and even GTA followed suit. No more aiming while the camera was 15ft away.

I thought the story in 8 was very good. While 7 was stripped to the basics with the fungus from a crashed Umbrella ship in Louisana, 8 pushed that idea farther to include the origins.

I really enjoyed B4B, but here is the thing... I wouldn't have bought it if it didn't come to Xbox GamePass. Same with Forza. There are few games that I buy and none of them have come to Gamepass day 1.
