It’s like my CEO giving his political opinion and telling others what their company philosophy is… it’s not the company philosophy… it’s a CEO/head buckling to the fear of their stockholders.
How has the sentiment on FF and it not being open world changed so much? I can’t remember a FF game that wasn’t open world except for FF13… the one that was attributed for ruining the franchise for over a decade.

Why would Nintendo ever release a Switch 2 at this rate. The gameBoy lived forever before the Color or even the Advance. Interested on Nintendos tactic for this especially considering there hasn’t been any new games recently.
Hell… there hasn’t been a real Mario Kart made for this gen. Splatoon 3 should give it more life, but I’m hard pressed seeing BotW release on just one console. Zelda’s normally release on two since the GameCube/Wii release of Twilight.
