So you are saying in this day and age that's it's impossible for someone to be able to do this? I've seen a lot of professional stuff done by individuals and this could be no different.

Hell no I don't need B.C.!! I just want to buy all my games over again and have them streamed to me over my crappy internet. Lol The fact that a console can play a lot of my old games helps define its vibe. When you don't have to re-purchase a game or you can go to your local video store to buy a cheap used copy, I see that only as a plus!

Man this is the game I've been waiting to buy a Playstation for. I was going to buy everything at launch but now with the Ps4 Neo possibly coming out at E3 I'll have to wait just a little longer. This is going to be painful!!

Can't agree with you more!!

You are correct but it was Microsoft that provided the modem for that system.

Yes it did have rrod and Microsoft replaced mine for free. On the other hand I had two ps3 die on me and Sony didn't do anything except to charge me to fix it!!

In terms of sales the ps2 is king, but in terms of impact the original Xbox and the Xbox 360 had a much bigger impact on gaming. Original Xbox brought three things to the fold, Broadband on every machine, Xbox Live, and of course the first well done shooter "Halo". Before the Original Xbox no console had these or was not successful with them.

The Xbox 360 was the console that Ken Kutaragi said it's one year lead wouldn't matter and Playstation would crush...

Glad they included older games, I remember when Wave Race 64 came out it was state of the art back then. Amazing to see the difference between then and now.

Of course they want to sell 4k televisions. With 4k bluerays coming out this makes a lot of sense. If you owned a business that made 4k television wouldn't you want to support it with a machine that could play movies and upscales your games to 4k? The prices of 1080p television has dropped dramatically and so have the profits. The time to make the best profits is when a new product starts picking up momentum and to help fuel that momentum you need to support it. If I as a consumer I spent...

Hoping for the best. Glad they're taking this approach...........now hopefully they will do the same for 3rd party support.

Amazing, another crappy article based on a game that's not in it's final form. It's a stress test and that's it. To many of these sites try and color a game based on the alpha builds. Same thing for Doom, people are downing it even though it's not in finished form. It's not that people can't share their opinion, but the common sense of judging any game should be when it's finished and released to the public. Not, "this game sucks because the beta multipla...

Ah, theses doomsayer articles that always seem to be cherry picked just for n4g. Anything negative about the xbox1 and it's games always gets top billing on this site.

That's the problem with the internet sometimes......to many cooks in the kitchen speculating on things they have no knowledge so they can add fuel to the fire (its called click bait).

Quantum Break was a good game and xbox1 has some great exclusives coming out. Again, this article is ch...

I finished the first play through and hit a 98% finish. I really liked the game and don't know what all the heehaw is about.

Video- The first episode started out okay, but they really picked up in the later acts. The quality was good and best live acting I've seen in video games (for those old enough, remember Night Traps lol). It was a quality production and they spent some bucks on it.

Gameplay- I thought it had solid mechanics, decent cover system,...

Well I was going to buy the ps4 when uncharted launched but now I'll wait to see what happens at e3. Interesting times that's for sure.

Man I can't wait for the Lancer, easily my favorite weapon.

The interesting thing on all of this is the GPU cycles. We are actually coming towards the end of the current architecture. A faster memory than ddr4 is in the beginning stages. Both Nvidia and AMD have already released their timelines for it. Granted it's in the beginning to mid point of 2017, but soon enough. If i'm not mistaken AMD will be launching new mobile chips this summer based on ddr4.

The point is the price of the current line should be dropping and i'm...

You notice how the same roaches come out to downplay every Xbox1 exclusive that is mentioned on this site. First it's Quantum Break and now its Gears beta. I doubt most of them even have a Xbox1. Pathetic.......

I'm looking forward to Gears 4 and I know it'll be a blast to play.

As for Overlord and Genuine their opinion is theirs.....true, but their comments are purposely antagonizing. How, you may ask? Because their criticizing a Beta that everyone knows won't be up to snuff, but they are trying to make a big deal out of it. Using statements that are definitive and leaving no room for anything else invites criticism leave no illusion about how they feel about the game s...
