Looks stunning. Fantastic artwork.
No light bar, so no good for VR games requiring it. Shame, but they're a nice optional extra for people.
No longer works. Says £20 but changes to £42 when you click the link
It's more a psychological issue, the disconnection between visual and physical. It'll take time for people to mentally adjust to VR. First time I tried VR I had some mild disorientation, but now I can play just fine.
Initially it made me woozy, but I gave it a rest for a bit, went back, repeat. Now I can play it just fine.
As much as fans would like more Lara action, annualizing the franchise would ultimately do more harm than good in the long run imo.
To be fair, the headline does say "was down". What a waste of time writing that article
Killzone and Uncharted aren't done. There's a wealth of prequel content they could utilise. From adventures with Drake and Sully in the earlier years to playing as the Helghast during the First Extrasolar War (which they lost, hence them being banished to Helgan)
I agree. Sure some people didn't like the stories they told with Killzone, but most actually enjoyed them. HZD looks absolute mint, and so cannot wait to play it.
I'd say the best bet so far, for me at least, would be RIGS. It could be the VR equivalent of Rocket League possibly. Just my thoughts at least
Architecturally speaking, the Slim and Pro are near identical. They both use the same CPU type, RAM setup etc so developers can, in theory, easily program for both with relative ease.
Scorpio on the other hand is radically different to the XB1. From the sounds of the rumoured specs (zen cpu, gddr5 ram etc) it could potentially mean devs have to program for two hardware configurations. I'm no programmer nor have much idea on its goings on, but it sounds like XB1 will hold back Sco...
I started off with an Amiga 500, then NES, Master System 2, Mega Drive, PlayStation, Dreamcast (so underrated), PS2, XB360, PS3, PS4. Skipped out on XB1 as the exclusives I can play on my pc.
"Nothing is impossible"? Try stapling water to a tree :)
"Instead of a headphone jack they have decided to follow Apple by replacing a headphone jack with wireless toothbrushes"????
As things stand, right now, Scorpio is an idea whereas Pro is real.
Scorpio will have the power advantage when it releases, no one is questioning that, but as things are, right now in the present, there is nothing to go on. Just numbers.
Focus 'more' on delivering software? They've outstripped their competition since the PS4 released, and they don't look to be slowing down.
Sure some titles get delayed, which is a bummer, but they have plenty to keep gamers satisfied. Spreading title releases throughout the year instead of the Holiday period is, for me at least, better, as my wallet doesn't take a massive hit in one go.
Sony have plenty of quality software in development, through first pa...
Shenmue 1+2, Power Stone, Skies of Arcadia, Sonic Adventure 2. They're my top 5. Although Chu Chu Rocket and Sonic Shuffle were great party games.
I blame the self-entitled millennial generation.
Hasn't PS4 introduced more new IP compared to its competitor though?
I've only experienced drifting in cinematic mode while not in line of sight of the camera, which is strange as that mode doesn't use the camera at all. Works perfectly fine other that that
