PS4 has optical out while the Xbone doesn't, which is important if you don't pass hdmi through your receiver, or your Tv doesn't have an optical out.

Also don't forget the multiplats that Microsoft showed, Metal Gear, Battlefield, Call of Duty, Witcher 3 will all be there also.

I'm not sure the Kinect is better. The PS4 eye has 2 cameras and can record 3d video. I also imagine this helps it sense depth, etc. Though if the Kinect can see in the dark and sense a heartbeat as perfectly as they say then yeah it would be better. Guess we will see when reviewers can actually play with the hardware.

Microsoft gives away 3 year old hugely popular games so most have already owned/played them, plus they say they are only doing it until November.

I don't think they needed to paywall multiplayer, they already had a compelling service, no need to do this. Disappointed that they did this, but there is debate on what they meant, if it's like special online features or all online is blocked.

And let's not forget, Microsoft didn't say they will be ready at launch, but rather within a year of the Xbone release. Should be interesting to see the numbers of actual launch titles for both systems.
Something with endless gameplay, maybe a puzzler like Tetris.
Project Spark: wasn't interesting
Dead Rising 3: wasn't a dead rising game, but looked decent
Forza: Can't judge, not into racers
Quantum Break: we still don't know enough about this game to say anything about it
Killer Instinct: Looked like a generic mortal kombat
Definitely none of those are system sellers at this point, and everything else they showed can be played better on other machines.
